    Kev Mac should be kept on with the reserves/youth team,he is excellent at that level but not 1st team manager material.

    IF it is to be OGS then everyone should get behind him and give him a chance to build a new team,he is young & ambitious.

    I don't reckon that Rodgers is ready to quit Swansea just Yet, but I feel that Lambert fancies a new challenge and hopefully it is with us, I think that Martinez has decided that we are not his next step.

    Randy has this big chance to get the support back behind him & the Club,providing he gets the right man in then it does not matter if he wants to stay in the background imo,better than being an attention seeking Chairman I reckon. The fact he is over here now gives confidence to the cause as I think he will get it right this time.

    If we go for him big time showing him passion & ambition then I reckon he would quit Norwich no question. If he was not interested then he would commit his future to Norwich for next season at least,that he has not done.

    Forget any pie in the sky Managers (AVB) etc, stick with one from;Lambert,Martinez,Di Matteo, Rodgers,or even Poyet. Old schoolers like McCarthy,Bruce,Curbishley steer well clear please.

    Lambert would be the ideal choice,if he wants the job then give it to him. If not RDM would be next on the list,Martinez turned us down & Rodgers will not move imo this summer. Moyes would not leave Everton for us. Forget old Managers, Graham Taylor was 42 when he first joined us, he sorted the playing side out, Lambert would do just the same & take no shit either!
