Lambert is an extremely stubborn manager, he has his favorites, and the squad he has built is complete crap. The players we have are championship and league 1 caliber players. Only ones good enough for the premier league is Guzan, Vlaar, Delph, Agbonlahor, and Benteke. Clark is progressing but I still don't rate him. Lambert can't get the best out of his players which the best managers do. His is tactically flawed in a sense that he only has one plan and he sticks to it even when it is clearly not working. We are lucky to be in 11th right now and Lambert has to sort this out. When will he realize this young player plan is extremely riskful and not working? Experience must be brought in this window and Lambert must realize this or else we could be in danger of relegation if the teams in the bottom 3 start performing better.

Thing is since lambert had his thoughts on him, we all believe what lambert believed in the he is shit. When in reality he is a descent player who would walk into our team at the moment. Bannan needed to be played as a CAM when instead he was played in a deeper role for us. That is why we couldn't get the best out if him. Pulis has and one of lamberts flaws this season is his ability to not get the best out of his players

Did you see Bent miss at Chelsea, this constant Bent would have finished that. No he flipping wouldn't, he missed quite a few sitters for AVFC too. Striker like Bent, someone who just poaches around the goal and finishes those balls. Kozak and Weimann didn't even make an attempt.

Comical to watch but today he showed improvement. Looked as a pass as first option and played a very good ball in where a striker like Bent would have buried. Made a couple of descent runs but he's not quite as fast as I have thought.

Needs to be dropped to realize he hasn't got a place embedded in the squad. Give albrighton a go to provide more width and to whip in crosses for Benteke/Kozak to attack.
