  1. George Clarke's Amazing Spaces is really good, some ingenious housing solutions in this series Another good one is the show about our industrial heritage, its hosted by Guy Martin (the Motorbike guy) and its really fascinating and I just love the passion the guy has for it all.
  2. Yeah its not one of the best ideas I have ever heard mmfy, maybe wait a bit until you've bought one instead of jumping the gun?
  3. Right then, I promise to never post anything overtly sexual for 6 months.
  4. No 'just met a girl' panic stories or first date shenanigans from me for a change. Things have quietened down for me recently and have had a lovely month and a half just doing things on my own and with friends since splitting with that last nurse, ive caught up with a load of books and films, seeing my mates a lot more, started writing loads again and have enrolled in a writing workshop once a week. For the first time ever I am enjoying single life, I normally spiral into despair and self pity after ending a relationship but this time ive just got on with things. I think not looking for something to happen all the time with women is helping, not putting any pressure on myself and its making all the difference. Fairly pointless post I know but thought id contribute something as I haven't for a while.
  5. Me? Your just as bad. Im also going to take this opportunity to point out im actually quite the polite shy traditional gentleman type in real life, not some prowling deviant sex monster.
  6. plenty not quite a thousand though
  7. Few mates are going on Monday so feel like I should make the effort, not looking forward to it as I know ill hate it but im prepared to let it prove me wrong and if I do hate it I can nip into wellingtons and have a pint instead.
  8. Decided to give the german market a chance on Monday, we could have an impromptu VT meet up anyone or organise it for closer to christmas?
  9. Id imagine its like having a pringles tube for a nob Crikey, that makes me sound like some **** deviant, i'm not as promiscuous as most people I know, plus I always bag up
  10. Jim's got the right idea, the Victorian Market at Worcester gets better every year, cracking pork baps as well.
  11. Finally been given a start date for my new job, start 2 weeks from Monday. Been looking at apartments all day in excitement and anticipation. Also, Gareth, loving the new avatar by the way. Brilliant.
  12. If ever you need warming up....
  13. Santa Claus will not be visiting Stoke Mandeville Hospital this year. The thought of another white haired man emptying his sacks in the childrens ward was just too much...
  14. Brum Christmas Market is the pinnacle of tedium and exasperation. I avoid it like the plague. It's crammed to the point you can't move, overpriced and takes ages if you want food or beer. It always seems to be populated and staffed by complete word removeds as well. Horrible experience.
  15. Should have asked me, I'm selling my red one for £300. Damn Nigerian scammers seem to be only customers so far
  16. Anyone like me who is looking at htc's budget windows 8 phone - the 8S, will be interested to know its launch has been delayed until the 23rd November and will cost £225 rather than £240. Even more of a bargain. http://www.geeky-gadgets.com/sim-free-htc-windows-phone-8s-lands-in-the-uk-november-23rd-14-11-2012/
  17. Any HTC 8S reviews out yet? It's out to buy on Thursday.
  18. I've watched a few videos and 'let's plays' on youtube so kind of know what to expect, like you say, its pretty much Twin Peaks: The Videogame. Marvellous.
  19. Im looking forward to the directors cut of Deadly Premonition mainly due to the re-worked controls. Always wanted to play it but never quite got round to it so the re-release will suit me down to the ground.
  20. My new Sony Vaio 11 inch e-series has just arrived, really impressed with it. Its so small and light, not quite in ultrabook territory but I wanted something in between a laptop and an ultrabook and this fits the bill perfectly. Not even very powerful compared to other machines but I cant afford anything too expensive. Still getting used to Windows 8 but im sure after a few days i'll have got used to it, a few things seem a bit odd at the moment but overall I am really happy. Now just need to wait for my htc 8S to arrive so I can pair it up with this and be in w8 harmony.
