  1. You've said this before, but i dont agree, i think he could be a very good playmaker if pushed further up the pitch.
  2. Last question, plain tie or stripped/pattern etc ?
  3. you also need to be the slim side of average weight, anything above and it'll look all kinds of wrong. White shirt, dark tie. Absolutely not a skinny tie because you look like a knob. (and yes. I'm a great big lardy pie man) I admire your honesty mate! Cheers for the advice lads!
  4. Cheers lads, so white shirt it is, do i match the tie to the suit or go for a lighter grey? Green Shillzz......really?!?!? Also, im not keen on the thin ties, dont think they look smart, more fashion driven.
  5. Question guys... Charcoal grey suit, what colour shirt and tie go best? Its for business so dont want it to be too flashy, something smart and conservative.
  6. Nice ;-) Vinyl record collecting, downloading hardcore porn, consuming fermented apple juice, pegging, urolagnia and flower arranging.
  7. But how do you know? I think aliens, have you not seen Independance Day!?!?
  8. So do we think Area 51 has got some aliens or is just highly secret aircraft?
  9. Some people need to man the **** up and quit being a bunch of whinging fanny's!!!
  10. People need to forget about the money, the player wages, the big houses, the flash cars, the luxury holidays, the stunning wives & girlfriends, the infidelities and the scandals. All of it, just forget about it. People need to remember that all of the above is out of our control. I couldnt give a shit anymore what the players get paid or what they spunk their money on, i couldnt give a shit who's shagging who's missus, i couldnt give a shit what car they drive or how stupid they dress, as not of it has any sway on my life. People get too engrossed on who's saying what on Twitter and worry themselves about how much money is being spunked up the wall on wages and transfer fee's, really...why does it upset people so much? It's not your money is it? And before some smart arse pipes up with "yes it is my money, i brought a season ticket, the new home shirt and a Villa keyring for my uncle Bob!" Did the club force you to do this? Did they hold you against your will until you coughed up the cash? Course they didnt...you handed your money over because you wanted too. Some people need to take a big step back and look at the bigger picture...it's a game...a **** game, nothing more or nothing less. The problem as i see it, is that people used to go to the football because they like to watch it, now people spend too much time worrying about the money involved. Why? Just enjoy it for what it is. The sooner people realise that all the bullshit is out of their control, the sooner thay can return to enjoying it. Me, i couldnt give a shit about wages or trnasfer fee's i just enjoy watching the football.
  11. Rob, you've been doing a bit of photography of late...why not share it with the boys? I was certainly very impressed!
  12. Just looked at the withdrawl procedure and it looks like a real ball ache, i havnt put my card deatils in or anything so just going to leave it and forget about it. Cheers Pompey!
  13. Ok, so ive just got my £25 bonus bet thing up to about £45, can i withdraw £45?
  14. So you just set up an account and they give you £25 no obligation to play with???
  15. How long does the money take to get to you from Quidco?
  16. "Please dont kill me freaky Jason!" :winkold:
  17. Sorry, but that is gash from what ive seen already.
  18. Either a new signing today or Randy's offski. A new signing wouldnt be punishing us.
  19. Desperately in need of the following imo. Left back Striker I would also like to see an enforcer type player come in. I dont think we necessarily need another centre back as im happy with Vlaar & Clark as first choice pairing, with Baker and Lowton providing cover, Herd could also step in and do a job. Right back, im happy with Lowton & Lichaj as our options. People need to remember that we will never find out how good these players will turn out to be if they're not given a chance......Gary Cahill anyone!?!? Midfield i think we have good forward thinking options, as i say i would like an enforcer type player to come in, although as a stop gap im happy with Herd in there to break up play. Holman, KEA, Ireland, N'Zogbia, Bannan & Delph are all very decent players. I think the problem against West Ham was that we didnt play with any real width, as Gary Neville said on Monday Night Football, the width has to now come from your full backs who provide an out-ball when its congested in the middle of the park. We played some lovely football against West Ham, the problem as i see it was that it was far too far away from Bent. It's all good and well keeping the ball on the half way line but your never going to threaten especially with only 1 upfront, it's too easy for the centre halves to pick up. We either need to play our football 10 yards off the opposition 18 yard box or play with 2 upfront to give the centre halves something more to think about, which is what i think PL will do when Gabby is fit. Im not against playing 1 up-top, but the midfielder's (especially the creative ones) need to be closer to Bent. If N'Zogbia & Holman are going to come inside, then Lowton and Baker need to provide the width. With 1 upfront, you have 1 midfielder sitting and the 3 forward thinking payers will all tend to come inside to play their football, Lowton & Baker overlapping to create a chance to whip a ball in with Bent and 2 of the 3 midfielders attacking the box while 1 sits on the edge to pick up the scraps & half clearences.
  20. Or use as a dart board if you split up!!! Exactly!
