  1. That is McLeish's football strategy summed up. Could be bullshit and it's only taken of twitter but it paints a pretty clear picture if true.
  2. He's already done his post-match interview. He pointed out that Kevin Davies coming on had a big impact for Bolton. Yes Alex! That's what a **** manager is paid to do. Make choices that can get their side back in the game you **** clueless prick. Ah fantastic, that means he's going to try to complete his mission.
  3. Apparently he's taking a long time appearing at the post match press conference. One can hope...
  4. Decent first half performance and a horrible second half after McLeish did his magic. **** OFF RIGHT NOW! He can't survive this. Please someone convince me he can't?
  5. Surely he can't survive this? Even Randy isn't stupid enough to see that we are in deep, deep trouble.
  6. How has he got it spot on? We would create so much more if we actually had a fairly creative player in midfield (Gardner/Bannan) instead of Warnock. Our only chances have come from the "Hleb attack" - bypassing the midfield and lumping it to Heskey. Albrighton just doesn't seem to be able to cross anymore and he really needs to look up more. Bolton were absolute shite and they will no doubt come out much stronger in the second half. Lets hope we don't crumble.
  7. It's against the elite club code. Shame on Everton.
  8. Who's defending him? Ok, defending him is maybe an overstatement but there are people that accept him and say that we wouldn't have done any better (or even played better!) with some else at the helm. Who are these mad people? I don't want to go on a naming witchhunt but there are some people, on this site for example, that seem to think so. Have you really not notice this?
  9. Who's defending him? Ok, defending him is maybe an overstatement but there are people that accept him and say that we wouldn't have done any better (or even played better!) with some else at the helm.
  10. If we keep him much longer the expectations will continue to drop and people will be happy just to stay up every year. It really is amazing that some people still defend him. Winning does become a habit but so does losing. Most people who support other clubs keep commenting on what a poor team Villa have become but it seems to many of us are okay with it. Nothing at all is going on and we just seem to hope that Randy is going to sack him but I really don't see that happening unless attendances drop dramatically or some mass protests happen. We as fans must do something.
  11. Another breathtaking performance and result to boot. It's a thrill to be a Villa fan.
  12. Warnock on the bench? Otherwise very happy with that team, surely a 4-4-2 system.
  13. We've won one game in the last three months and a whole two in the league in 2012. That's some feat there by McLeish. He's certainly taking his time "winning us over".
  14. Indeed it was fantastic and also Ramires' assist for Drogba. They might not deserve it but it's the goals that matter.
  15. He was out of position to allow Ronaldo in before the goal. Then despite it being saved, he still didn't get in a good position when the next ball was crossed it. Lahm is great going forward. Defensively poor. Didn't see the goal and I assume your right there but I think people tend to do this with fullbacks that are very good at going forward - underestimating their defensive part. I've found Lahm to be a very good defender although he's clearly better at going forward. He also just doesn't seem to get tired and is constantly running up and down the flank.
  16. Brilliantly done by Lahm in the build up for the goal. Best fullback in the world.
  17. I agree, he is indeed not responsible for our superior record last season.
  18. Because they probably don't respect McLeish anymore and then it's difficult to motivate yourself when the only thing he wants to do is stop other teams from playing football and hope we don't lose by more than one goal (which he even manages to screw up). I find it ridiculous and embarrassing that people are still trying to defend him.
  19. What a result for Wigan that. Two polar opposite characters in Roberto Martinez and Arsene Wenger. One an absolute class act and the other a miserable old git.
  20. I didn't watch the game today because I had more pressing matters than watching us get raped but seeing that has really made my blood boil. Embarrassing. Just sack him already Randy you useless idiot and sell the club when you're done with it.
  21. 5000000000050505 - 1 Heskey to claw one back for us.
  22. I don't agree, I think we're on par with Barcelona.
  23. Exactly. It feels like staying up is going to be some major achievement! **** pathetic.
  24. We have only lose a third of our league games this season so we should get points in at least 4 of the last 6 games Last 6 games, which where harder than the 6 we have left. we got 6 points, that will be be enough if we get them I always siad 39 points will be enough Well to be precise we've actually lost 11 out of 32 games which is more than a third of our games
