Gestede would.score goals if the team was set up to use his heading ability......RDM it seems.doesn't want to play that way. Yesterdays game we played him up top on his own and failed to play to his strength which is heading.....why play him then??? We would have been better off playing Hepburn Murphy or Keinan Davies....maybe given Gestede 45 mins to keep his Match fitness up. Poor decision from RDM for me

After his antics last season.... not bothered about us being relegated coupled with his injury record over the last few seasons I am absolutely amazed the club haven't shown him the door.....he is an absolute disgrace! Once again the guy has had hardly any pre season games because.....he is injured yet again......His injury record is woeful and he simply should not be here!!!

Cissokho is a decent enough LB at this level but offers nothing in attack.....we rely on our full backs to provide our attacking threat and.crosses because we play with no natural width/wide men .....in this system he offers.very little....Amavi will be 1st choice but he is still a few weeks away from strating games which Is a shame.

I thought ayew and Gueye were the 2 standout players for us...Baker had a decent game at c/b alongside Elphick although Elphick had a few hairy moments giving the ball away out of defence. Gestede scored.but thats all he did all game really....great knockdown by Baker at the far post from a Grealish corner. Badly need a proven championship striker who is more mobile than Gestede.

Gana is up there with Kante stats wise as the 2 best DM in the prem, I can see why spurs are looking at him.....especially for £7.1m if the clause is correct

He has basically said Lescott will feature in rest of games which is a total joke....costing us goals, insults us fans and the manager basically assures him of a place in the team while freezing out veretout, okore and Traore. ....well done Black you clearing in the woods

He is shit, his team selections are poor, his tactics are poor and defensive, his substitutes are poor in terms of when he makes them....too late!!!! He thinks we have 6 games left......total joke!! get rid and new manager appointment ASAP

Eric Black, shit team selection. Picked Richardson in a starting 11 and then kept him on ahead of grealish when we were behind and needed to do something. What is the point? way to late to bring grealish on in 82nd minute, also Traore should of been given at least 30 minutes. Hope he's gone ASAP

I do not think the club should take no action...at the very least he should be stripped of the title of club captain and warned about his future behaviour.....sends out the wrong message! I was beginning to think our new board were doing things right but this shows nothing really is going to change.

It's worth mentioning that in the 10 games he played for sherwood he scored 4 goals which is still not great but almost 1 in 2

I totally agree but if you are going to play him then you at least have to play to his strengths....otherwise there is no point in playing him! Garde and now Black in his 1 game have failed to do this, Black just did everything the same as Garde....what is the point ?, hope Black is not in charge for any more games and we appointment new man before next game.

Gestede is not the greatest at most attributes, but the one where he is exceptional is his heading ability.....we just do not play to his strengths.....its criminal, he is really just a passenger the way we play him......may as well not play him at all ! Play to his strengths and he would score goals and be a major, major threat o

That's the problem.....we try nothing different.....today Black plays 3 defensive midfielders?? Why ?? We could play 442 Gana, westwood/ veretout and ayew and sinclair as wingers....why would it be suicide ? We might actually be a threat to the opposition. Gestede would have some support so the ball wouldn't always come straight back.

You can play ayew and sinclair as wingers/ wide players and gil/grealish just off Gestede upfront? Traore not even on bench even now we know he's fit and back training? Can also play wide. You can do some things differently but black chose not to and stay with the same remi garde system and game plan which has resulted in 6 straight defeats which now becomes 7.

Poor, didn't do anything different to garde ...played 3 defensive midfielders, played Gestede who is a passenger if you don't utilise his heading ability...Gil is not a wide player! Failed to make subs until it's too late....very very poor,
