  1. I thought he was excellent on sunday, our defence couldn't handle him
  2. Vardy got a grand total of 5 league goals last season according to wikipedia, it's a no from me
  3. He's much better than remy, i think he'd step up with ease personally, i think he'd flourish at chelsea
  4. He'd be on 3x as much as Lowton and nowhere nearer the first team. Why don't you think he'll any nearer the first team? I think he'd be a good player for us but as i said wages would be a problemHe can barely get a game at Fiorentina and looked awful against Sevila when he came on a few weeks backMaybe he hasn't adapted to the surroundings, i think he'd be good for us, i still remember him scoring against us for man city and going nuts when he scored, he was only 17 at the time, he was brilliant that day, i thought they had a player there did you have same issues when Lambert signed Lowton from that division? It's not an issue, I'm just saying that as a rule players coming from League One won't be as good as Delph has turned out to be. So using him as an argument to sign players from that division isn't really a good one.Westwood What about Westwood? He's a good player but isn't as good as Delph. If Luongo is as good as either of those two he'll be doing very well indeed. I know he isn't but he's still bloody good and we don't half miss him when he's not in the side and he came from league 2 and stepped up
  5. There's andre green a 16 year old winger, he's quick and direct and was on the bench for the first team yesterday, he might be a bit young to be loaned out though There's easah suliman, a 17 year old centre back or left back, but again he's probably a bit young to be loaned out Also, lewis kinsella, a 20 year old left back, he started off at arsenal but got released and ended up here, he'd do a good job for swindon Cheers. Bear in mind though that when I talk about 'youngsters', I don't just mean youths. I mean more along the lines of young fringe players that are not quite breaking through to the 1st team just yet. Our recent successes in that category have been Luongo, Byrne (a star a L1), Grant hall (playing in the Championship), Alex Pritchard and Ryan Mason (We had him on loan last season. Mr Sherwood will be more than happy to send your best. I know you meant that but we haven't got many of that age anymore, our best age group is u17s

  7. Why not? I'm all for taking on young players from the lower divisions did you have same issues when Lambert signed Lowton from that division? Or westwood

  9. He'd be on 3x as much as Lowton and nowhere nearer the first team. Why don't you think he'll any nearer the first team? I think he'd be a good player for us but as i said wages would be a problem He can still become the player most thought he'd be 5 years or so ago. If we can get him on a free with a performance related pay deal it'd be a good signing. Agreed

  11. Thanks for posting that isa, it's interesting reading
  12. Linked with micah richards in tomorrow's daily star, i'd take him most definitely, he'd improve the team and squad, although wages may be an issue
  13. Shame he didn't make a little cameo yesterday, i was hoping to see him, i hope he doesn't suffer any further setbacks over the summer
  14. He wasn't worse than n'zogbia, he was woeful Agreed
  15. We don't need as many as 6 in my opinion, 2 or 3 quality additions and we'd be set in my opinion and could finish in the top half. We can't just scramble for survival each season, it's gone on for too long as it is but Europa League will add 12 games plus a lot of travelling. Cant imagine Delph or Benteke able to play 50 games with the intensity Sherwood wants I forgot about europa league, i think they both can but whether they both want to stay here is another matter altogether What do you think of him? Very highly rated here. Great technical ability, surprisingly skilled for a big man. Plays great behind the front two but is quite versatile and has played at left-wing back a few times. Likes running at players. A bit frustrating at times as he can have a habit of slowing the play down, he's still very raw though. You'll be investing in the future with Gladwin but the lad is oozing potential. Many town fans would rather keep Gladwin over Luongo. Thanks chap
  16. He's our best current left back imo, he should be in the side
