He's already our best player and he's not even close to his peak yet, it's scary how good he could become, fabulous young player -
Personally, I'd prefer Austin over Berahino, I think he's a more natural goalscorer and would be a better fit for our team, we desperately need a striker though no doubt about it

I see where you're coming from WT but there is no middle ground with me, it's just the way I am in every walk of life, I don't know why that is, it's just the way I am, in my opinion Clark is a very good defender for a club like us, I struggle to articulate myself, again I don't know why that is. I see what you mean WT, I think you make some very good points, in my opinion Lescott was one of the best defenders in the league in his prime but he obviously isn't now but I'd still take him here, no doubt

He won the league with Man City in 2011/12, I think he'd be great for us, he's played for England numerous times, I think he'd be great for us, we'd struggle to get a better centre back i think Out of interest. Where does ciaran clark rate against Lescott in your opinion? I think Lescott is a better player by quite some distance, what about you?

what has he said exactly? Just that Austin and Afobe are likely to be 'too rich' for our tastes, but he can still see Adebayor coming in. He's been pretty good with his info thus far. Says a price agreed for Lescott and that will be in tomorrow's paper. thanks

Yep. Though the acknowledgement that it was 3 games and too early to call was there too. Don't let that get in your way tho. Seriously what are we supposed to do? Not form an opinion? At what point can we start having an opinion. 5? 10? 15 games? So far they don't look very good. Simple as that. Are you incapable of having a positive opinion on anything?

I think that's our best side currently but I'd have Bacuna instead of Hutton and a new striker in also, bench looks very strong to me
