Is giving Keinan his first premier league start against a certain Van Dijk a good idea? I'm not sure but I'm quite tempted. I think we all know full well he isn't going to start banging the goals in but right now I think he offers more than Wesley.

As expected really. This and the Liverpool games are just write-offs so while it's disappointing to lose I accepted it a few weeks ago. First half wasn't bad really, solid defensively and caused them a couple issues but once they got the goal basically as soon as the second half kicked off that was it. Wesley and Trezeguet just weren't good enough which is a shame because that City defence can be got at. A striker and winger must be priorities in January.

I think the big reason Trez started was for his defensive work rate. If we take him off we El Ghazi then we lose that. On the flip side, El Ghazi would offer more of a threat going forward imo so it's a tough one.

Not even we managed to lose by 9 when we were at our lowest. Southampton are extremely bad.

Hourihane keeps popping up with goals so its hard but I'd personally like to see Luiz start tomorrow. We're gonna need composure in the midfield and I think he brings tons of it.

I don't see us getting anything from the next 2 games, just avoid any real hammerings and I'll be relatively pleased. We simply must be a lot more disciplined against these, if we're anywhere near as open as we were against Brighton then good god it could be a cricket score.

Very poor today. Didn't follow up from that good performance against Norwich. I expect we're gonna have to get used to this because he's really inconsistent.
