Unfortunately, thats in the french second division and he will need to make a massive step up and hit the ground running in the premiership. Good punt for the future, but we need experience. Im thinking we may have a couple more coming in.

Which is convenient for Lambert. I think its shocking how the "old heads" have been treated however poor they have been in the past. A new manager should start with a clean slate, but by making them sacrificial lambs to carry favour with the fans devides the dressing room before you even start. Maybe he knew they would see through him?

I am insane, no arguments! I just misread what you said. Lambert has always liked his fullbacks to play high up the pitch, hence why his sides have always conceeded lots of goals. Same with us. I dont know how he can rectify that with us, other than brnging in the players to enable us to go 4-4-2. It really is the shittest squad i can remember, but i am insane lol

I still think he will turn out to be decent. But out wide and not as a defender.

Without anyone coming in, he needs to get Dunne back. We can then play Clark in front of Vlaar and Dunne.

The players are not physicly or mentally strong enough to do that. Albion, Bradford and Millwall said that. If he goes 4-4-2, then the middle two are weak. He has his hands tied. He can only work with what his got, which in all honesty is partly his fault.

Im not to sure it is. Even at this late stage, the manager will have an idea on whom he can get. I guess it just takes a phone call from the owner to put things in motion. Whether it will now be enough is another thing. If Lerner does not make that call after seeing us in the bottom three and empty seats, then he really does not care, and he will be off soon.

Was he talking to us or the owner? Not defending him, but i think his relationship with dumb and dumber is not as harmonious as they make out, otherwise why keep telling us it is?

Just watched Lambo on sky. He looked as frustrated as us when asked if he will be able to do something. Clear as day Lerner has turned of the tap.

Im beginning to think that our only saviour will be the apocolypse. Watch us drop like a stone through the championship aswell, because BIG money will have to be spent on this team even when we are down. Lerner needs to be hounded out now, or things will get a lot worse. -
I think we will spend the whole amount of what Lambert has, on a DM. Its not ideal, but at least with Dunne returning, it gives him the option to concentrate his efforts there. Fingers crossed!
