Well, it started off with a bottle of Carta Roja 2001. Made from Monastrell grapes (never heard of it) but it was tremendous. Have now moved on to a bottle of Shelter Bay Sauvignon. A travesty I know but I'm necking it with cauliflower cheese, sausages,sirloin steak, lamb chops, lambs kidneys, mushrooms and saute potatoes. It's the mixed grill I've been promising myself all day! It's all superb except the steak, a ouch overcooked.

Well done FA They will also miss two games of the playoffs should they end up in them. Mmmm. I know I'm biased but Bowyer deserved to go and I can't believe they had the effrontery to appeal the decision. Williamson, on the other hand, was harshly dealt with, I thought. He was trying to get Bowyer off him and then trying to get him to let go of him so a yellow would have sufficed.

Can't say I agree with either point there. I don't see why Webb would be anything other than impartial and I agree with Trent. If the have to g into the playoffs they will be psychologically shattered. If doing their end of season lap of "honour" in front of a few hundred hasn't already destroyed their morale and motivation

General, I wholeheartedly endorse what you state here and have indicated so in the Laursen thread. Basically, this guy has fought like a lion to wear the shirt following a series of injuries and then put his body on the line and fought like a tiger whilst wearing the shirt. He is probably only surpassed by the greatness of Lord McGrath in terms of modern defensive legend. So two questions. Have you had chance to see any of the old footage of the deity that was McGrath? Secondly, can we ensure that we get to give Laursen a proper send off via testimonial? -
