We’re **** about with long throws from our set piece coach, 5 at the back, relying on full backs for creativity and shoe horning 2 strikers into the starting line up which Deano has never done before. Why move away from what was good last season?! We finished last season with 2 wins against Spurs and Chelsea.

Buendia always plays as though he is about to lose the ball - whether with it at his feet or passing it. His running off the ball is properly aimless as well.

I agree. I’m sure there have been some absolute shockers but I genuinely cannot remember ever playing this badly. This was lost as soon as he stuck with the same **** formation as last week.

This is the worst performance I can genuinely remember - perhaps since the 6-0 against Man City. But then, that was Man City. To put this performance in after Wolves. **** me. I’m a huge Smith in advocate - that will change fairly soon if he persists with this formation and serving up this shite.

This is **** disgusting all round. It is as clear as day that 352 does not work. They are overloading the flank and finding acres of space behind our full backs. Midfield non existent and strikers not in it. He had to do something different, just had to. Ducking hopeless.

Very disappointing. It just hasn’t worked at all apart from against united. Everton we blitzed them but it wasn’t working well before Bailey came on. We are playing an average cb at the expense of a more attacking player. Relying on Cash and Target as the creative outlets down the flank is concerning. We looked very very good for much of last season with 433.

Just can’t call this one - Arsenal and Villa very inconsistent. Please go 433!! Surely he will with Traore and Bailey on the bench ready to come on.

On the bench? Start with 433 him on for Ghazi or Watkins.

So so disappointing. This place was far too over confident going into this game. We were poor to a man today. I hope we move away from this system now - Targett in particular isn’t good enough going forward (assist aside!) Got to give Buendia a run of games wide right. Get Bailey wide left and push McGinn as a 10 with Luiz and Nakamba behind.
