  1. Alan Duncan explicitly name checks Conservative Friends of Israel, he's now being investigated by his party. Fascinated to know how they think this doesn't simply confirm what he's saying about Israeli influence in British politics.
  2. The moment some British ex servicemen got assassinated, possibly with British weapons, you could almost hear the British establishment waking up. I have a feeling there is exasperation from the non governmental state powers that politicians are being so easily bought by Israel's lobbying efforts, and that finally we will see a rebalancing of the relationship.
  3. He’ll be like a Duracell bunny - with clear instructions not to leave his foot in
  4. We don't want to be Spurs, or Arsenal, and certainly not Newcastle or Leicester. And we won't be.
  5. I guarantee I won’t be disappointed. Look at what we’ve achieved with what we’ve got, then imagine a gear above that. Extra income will not be spent on cast offs from Man U but that money, with the lure of UCL will see us get deals over the line with the likes of Nico Williams, who previously were not convinced enough. Im not sure the wider world understands the opportunity that Emery sees, he won’t say it out loud but UCL is his target, his only target.
  6. Are yo crazy? It will make a massive difference to the calibre of player we will bring in this summer which will be pivotal to us climbing higher next season. Unai has worked miracles with the current squad but we are a couple of engines down and running on fumes as we approach the runway. Massive upgrade ahead if we make it.
  7. Been a funny week, far more interested in the Spurs and Man U games than our own.
  8. Nice that we can immediately look at a loss tonight with perspective - things are changing at Villa.
  9. We are gonna concede, so we should get used to the idea and attack. Don't want a cricket score but we can hurt them, just gotta believe it. Early Bailey goal would be nice.
  10. I'm personally reassured now there's an English bloke representing the Israeli gov.
  11. SO we have to upgrade LB, RB, competition for Kamara, probably another forward - and with luck we could be shopping in the champions league bracket. Could be the most luxurious summer of recent times.
  12. We are 2 points better on same games. We gotta play city. they gotta play city. We'll remain 2 points better with 7 other games to play.
  13. Enjoyed watching that game, you know it’s the end of the season when you stay up to watch games like this
  14. Big Chelsea win and utd mentally crumble fully, players looking to leave, manager knowing he’s out end of season - end of days stuff. Which is nice.
  15. It's absurd that a supposed ally can intentionally slaughter 3 British citizens there to prevent famine, and our own PM, nor next PM cannot say out loud how outrageous that is. Until there is an alteration to our support of Israel then they will absolutely carry on regardless, they will intentionally go further than this. I hold no hope that this will change soon, but I do hope it becomes a bigger issue at the next election, any politician will have to recalibrate when inevitably Israel do even worse things than this, they ain't stopping their religious battle anytime soon.
  16. So West Ham win tonight, we beat City and then Chelsea beat Utd on Thurs. The only unrealistic bit of that is to predict our result - but yer never know...
  17. The aid vehicles were clearly marked, had coordinated their route with the IDF, but were hit as they left a food warehouse. None of this was accidental. There are religious zealots in charge of Israel and those that don't believe their distorted and cruel vision, are targets, Palestinian, Polish, Australian, it doesn't matter. You have to worry for Israel, so much damage has been caused and so much more damage will inevitably come in a reaction of some shape or form against Israel, over decades. Hamas couldn't have hoped for more.
  18. Yes - it’s going to create a self fulfilling cycle - but that’s good for the competition if more top prem teams are in it
  19. I'd do the old predictor but after Man U's performance yesterday I don't need to, they are schitzo.
  20. Jareth

    Jhon Durán

    Watching MOTD again, that sliding!
  21. And at least twice he outpaced their winger and cleared the ball. Then we won 2-0. Enjoy it dude.
