Well one thing the villa has is class, it sets us apart from sha for example. I see your point but personally I don’t see income as a mitigating factor for abuse. What strikes me is basically this - lose = anger, draw = anger, win = anger. This to me does not compute.

Why not? Fans don't extend such courtesy to the manager. It's a shame so many Villains are so constantly angry about the manager, even after a heartening end of year win. I'm not making any assumptions but I think it is not good for people in general to remain so angry, constantly. It is the new year, I don't think you lot should forget your unhappiness towards Bruce, but if for one moment you extend that anger to anybody near you then you should think twice, life is far too short for this grumpiness.

Yay! The Bruce thread is no longer going to be a constant stream of hatred for the next 5-7 games. One can hope.

GOING UP!!!! Well maybe not. But If Wolves do the business later we'll be ending the year 7 points off 2nd. Can't remember how we started December but it was at best 4 points off 2nd. Given the tough fixtures, our injuries and the dent in confidence this period has had - with terry back and a striker signed - well, I reckon we can get beck to 2 points per game and creep up the league again.

While there's still a shot at play-offs Bruce won't be sacked. And there's no money this Jan window either so a new guy can't do much about the squad. My prediction is Bruce in place till summer and we can only hope that Terry's return cuts out these crappy goals.

Well I for one think injuries have been a major issue these last 4 games, and a win tonight will give us a shot at 2nd if we can get a striker in and Terry comes back fit.

Still possible, but Grealish needs to shine, Davis needs to return to form, Adomah needs to score again, Snodgrass needs some end product, Whelan needs to stop the suicide pass, Terry needs to be fit, Hourihane needs to add to his tally. I think we're set for play-offs, nothing more.

Crazy how fortunes change, he was very good not long ago. Maybe there's a chance, but I imagine wages very difficult. Think I read something about Ings earlier - we need someone to come in and hit the ground running, so not so keen on him. Reckon we'll get someone decent, key signing this.
