You cannot seriously be comparing our current side to some of the best players to have pulled on the shirt. We're in the championship. We need a squad. We are short on midfielders. he needs to stay and fulfill a role for us in our current position. we're not going to sign a player as good as Platt or Taylor in January without a lot of luck and if we do, we'll still need back up.

Houllier was the best out of those lot, even though he kinda got saved by Bent. At least he used him effectively and got the best out of him. I'd have actually really liked to have seen McAlister given an opportunity before we brought in Lambert to be honest. 2 away wins against Liverpool and Arsenal is some going.

I think Hepburn-Murphy would score goals, and I think he'd actually offer something a little different for a few teams. Northampton Town is the perfect example for me. There 2 main strikers are Richards (34) and Revell (33). Both are well travelled and Richards scoring record is fantastic but they are getting on and Hepburn-Murphy is the perfect foil for a shake up. They only have 4 strikers on their books and ones on loan, the other has 7 goals in 48 games or something so nothing astonishing. He's been someone villa fans have been aware of since Sherwood now and i think it's time he got out there like Grealish and Robinson did and mix it up.

For me, Hepburn-Murphy would do well to go out on loan for the second half of the season to a decent league 1 team without too much competition up front, and maybe an older head in the striking department to talk to him and give him perspective. He seems similar to Dominic Samuel at Reading in my opinion who did very well going out on loan to Gillingham last season.

I like the starting XI think that's the best we can put out realistically. if I could change one thing I would put Westwood in Jedinaks place and bring Tshibola in there. Gabby on the bench is a shocking curveball. bringing him on would work in our favour though cos NOBODY expected him there and noone will remember how he plays or anything so he's a massive wildcard.

I would imagine, although I could be wrong, that once the new Pokemon games are released they'll put the Alolan form Pokemon into the game as a way of making it a bit more interesting. I kept trying to get into this but I never seemed to get anywhere. Think I'm still on about 60 Pokemon caught. Need to go hardcore on it over the next few days with the Halloween special giving out so much free candy!
