    Agree with the above, good post mate. And in regards to our January squad building; Lambert has also come out and praised Guzan this week saying if it werent for him we could have conceded 35 instead of 17 in our last 4 league games, so he clearly knows where our problems and frailties lie in defence. Have to think he will bring bodies in sharpish. And he, like anyone not requiring a guide dog, can see our midfield is built like a rizla, you'd like to think he will finally strengthen there too this month (this week hopefully).

    Id like CNZ to continue for a while, see what he can do with a few games against these lower league teams. He's done alright in the cups this season tbf to him, vs. City, Norwich, Ipswich. Predicting a comfortable 1-3 victory

    In my opinion we could do WITHOUT an FA Cup run this season. We're not gonna win it, we could do without the extra games with our ridiculous injury list + ridiculous squad size risking further depletion. We already look likely to have a Wembley trip this year, lets not be greedy now. We need to concentrate on the league. That being said, think we'll do em 2-0

    I know most footballers are mercenaries these days, but Joleon is 30 now and a fan, surely you'd take a paycut to help out your boyhood club who are in desperate need! Be nice to see him and Vlaar marshalling our defence this year. Cant see it personally but would be pleased to pull it off

    Southamptons game in hand is away to Chelsea not Utd. It was meant to be played when Chelsea played Corinthians the other week. To be fair they are giving it a go and have been scoring goals. The proof was there yesterday seeing them hit 3 at the home of the side with the best defence in Europe wasnt it? (least goals conceded bar Barcelona). The only saving grace being their defence is just as suspect as ours. If our home game against them was tomorrow theyd muller us (again) imho
