    Got to say I was very impressed with Fonseca, a really top coach. Lille were the better team over both legs but were simply denied by the best goalkeeper in the business. He came across well, very respectful in all his interviews and Im sure our ownership will have taken note should Unai ever leave a few years down the line. Whoever does bring him to the PL one day will be getting an excellent manager imo. I will not forgive him for arresting Jordan Belfort though.

    As soon as he came on at 2-0, he pointed to the clock and shouted to the team: come on we still have time. His attitude and application has been top all season, really he’s been our MVP along with Ollie. Looks a £90m footballer, exciting, skilful, direct, with plenty of end product. Changed the game again last night as we finally began to get a foothold. His hunger to chase Lille down, put tackles in was an example to most last night that were just flagging. Another Unai Emery masterclass bringing out this beast. What a player we have here now.

    Emi you beautiful lunatic Over both legs he is the sole reason we are in the semi final We navigated the toughest tie here I think. Bailey MOTM for changing the game, but gave it to Emi obviously by the end of the shoot out. We will never have a more influential goalkeeper in our existence imo, he is a huge factor in driving this club to where we are today. Standards are so high, absolute privilege to watch him week in week out. This type of game is great experience for this squad. I love this club. Did I mention, Emi Martinez, you are my hero.

    Time stands still when Konsa and Cash pass to each other and point all half. Its a dangerous tactic playing at this speed, if they get the second we’ll find it hard to flick the switch and just go on the front foot.

    Need a big performance from Dougie, should be fresh. Big game for Cash to make his comeback in, you’d imagine he’ll have plenty of defending to do. Carlos will feel a little hard done by, as will Rogers. Another good chance for Zaniolo to build on his Arsenal performance. Excited and nervous, backing us to get the draw we need. UTEV!
