Best post this morning drat01 and made me laugh even more that the one with the husband quote when i'm not even married.

I'm not married mate and the difference being is that i've had the backbone to admit when i've been wrong.

I suppose being a bit of a 'tit' is mutually exclusive to those other than yourself, Stefan and Stevo? Secondly there was no intention to create a battle based on any hidden agenda. Seemingly due to personal favouritism you've just ignored my offer to take the discussion to pm which was rebuffed by Stefan. Lastly if defending your position in debate on an internet forum and substantiating that debate with newspaper articles is going to be depicted as a 'maudlin crusade' then i will hold my hands up and state guilty as charged.

Concern that someone like you can get on his high horse about nothing and try to apportion blame for a young man's death on an innocent person (Stefan) for no other reason than to provoke a reaction. What i have done however is to highlight Stefan CONDONING a craze which has caused a death by actually participating and then agreeing with your opinion when someone in an equal measure of authority and one who should lead by example has actually admitted to how foolish they have been and subsequently apologised for their participation in a craze which has caused someone's death. Do you get the point now or are you going to continue to degrade yourself on site with gifs such as above in trying to save face.

You have completely missed the point. The game as you see it is in fact no longer a game due to it's escalation and it has therefore grown into a lot more than a select minority. I read your comments the first time on the poster but won't ignore it the second time. What is shameful is this. I think its come out now because of the sale story. I don't know if it adds to the rumour. Its almost as if the club are trying too hard! In the space of a few days we've had the press report Lambert is getting a new contract, we put a substantial bid in for a player in Jan and in the summer Lambert will be given a good amount of money to spend. I hope like everyone else does that the rhetoric emanating from the club at the moment does come to fruition but as you say due to what has preceded this rumour I'm also a tad suspicious of the club trying too hard.

I don't know about everyone else, but the reason I wanted Bent gone wasn't he couldn't play with Benteke, but that we didn't create enough chances for him to justify £60k a week or whatever it was, and in the rest of the game he was a complete passenger as he is piss poor at his general all round play and offered nothing else. 1) You completely missed the point when I said I did a module on The Beatles at university. I wasn't trying to show off; just that you tried to discredit my view so I put some credence behind that. 2) You say he's died as a direct result of the game. These people are obviously people that drink anyway. No right-minded person would down a pint of spirits just because somebody on Facebook told them to. If this is true then great on the money side of things but my only surprise is that it has come out now rather than much closer to the end of the season due to ticket sales. However before anyone pops the champagne bottle just remember we've been here before.
