    In happier news, me and the missus have started the process of selling her flat. I’ve enjoyed living here every other week, but it’s going to be nice to only live in one place. She gets along great with my son, and she’s practically lived with us every other week for a while anyway, but obviously this is a big step. Any important dos and don’ts I need to be aware of in this situation?

    Their PPG under Rooney is so bad, they’ll definitely go down if they don’t improve. If my maths aren’t totally off, he’s on track to finish on 37 points. That would have you relegated every season I’ve checked, going back 10 years.

    Whoah, there. Not claiming any moral high ground or being precious. Just found it an odd choice of stance to insist upon, given the mood in the room.

    Not living in the UK, I can get every Villa game on TV and in the pub. The price is eyewatering though. About £70 per month for a subscription. Interestingly, the rights holder in Norway appears to be bleeding money, having massively overpayed for the rights and not getting enough people to pay.
