What drugs are you lot taking? That Alan Hutton is absolutely **** crap and he is NOT getting better. He is without doubt the worst right-back I've seen at Villa Park in 35 years. I am devastated with that totally clueless 2nd half performance, Arsenal were there for the taking at HT. They stepped it up a gear after the break and we didn't or couldn't. If the truth be known Alan Hutton is by far the poorest defender at the club, and probably the poorest in the Premier League. He offers absolutely nothing at the back, his positional play is bizarre at best, and his distribution is dreadful. He leaves the team wide open down our right side with his runs up the wing, he always loses the ball and then can't get back quick enough on the counter attack. How he has the arrogance to wear the same boots as Lionel Messi is beyond me, he has about as much talent as Messi does in his little toenail.. I don't care how **** cheap he was to bring in, it was still too bloody expensive, and we will no doubt be stuck with this turd as no-one else will want him. He's a dirty, fouling, cheating word removed. I make no excuse for my anger at this point, I really detest him and will continue to give him dogs abuse from me seat in the DE lower until he is no longer in the team. Our clown of a right-back made exactly one tackle throughout the entire 90+ minutes of the Everton match, that just about sums him up. LEAVE OUR CLUB YOU PRICK!!!!

Total rubbish. At times he was devastating last season. Perfect option to replace young. Great pace, good skills and can rip the back of the net out with some great shooting. Any bad points....of course which player doesnt but he improves all the time. Yeah he has the stroppy git label, and it's all his own fault. But he's knuckled down, got regular football at wigan and is ready for the next step. We are that step. Think he'll thrive here. THIS!
