Dyche won't be a bad appointment.. He could be what David Moyes is to West Ham for us.. The fans wouldn't want him though but he is a very likeable person. I am not going to pretend that I know who Ruben Amorim is.. I have done a bit of researching he looks like a promising coach that makes his teams hard to beat and has a tremendous defensive record..So I understand the hype.. But if it goes wrong, which we have experienced before with a promising young European coach.. then it would be a costly catastrophic appointment.. if it goes right it could be a masterstroke..

Emery is top quality. He would have us in the top 10 this season. And have us in Europe whilst competing for a UEL trophy the following season. He doesn't have the wow factor but he is a winner and has won more than Poch. I believe that his head wouldn't get turned and would focus on the project at hand here. The only reservation I have is his approach towards bringing youth players into the first team squad.

Purslow has done a very good job at this football club behind the scenes. Only mistake he made was hiring SG.. He is part of the many exciting projects that are happening at Villa i.e stadium expansion, inner city academy, reshaping our youth academy ect.. Purslow has been our best CEO in recent memory!

This is the major problem tbh But I would still take him even if it was for 2 seasons. We deserve some joy, even if it is short term.

He won’t be sacked this week. A loss or draw to Fulham and then he is in serious problems. In recent memory I cannot remember the last time we have won at Craven Cottage. That is a bogey stadium for us..

Excuses.. Mings is not a top 10 Cb in this league… He is our best CB but we have poor quality defenders..

We won’t get a big name here because although we are biased as fans, we are not regarded in the same manner across Europe. We can’t attract Poch or Tuchel, any talented European manager that would come here wouldn’t have the same reputation.. Purslow should, leave the managerial process to Lange.. Lange is more likely to look for a European manager.. If Lange screws this up then he can go.. If Purslow is part of the managerial process it would be a British manager.. Sean Dyche..

I don't think Purslow should be replaced. He has done a lot of good for the club behind the scenes. Before he joined we were a laughing stock in the footballing world.
