    Can’t understand how Luiz was given offside for Coutinho goal as the ball clearly comes off a Leicester defender. Am I missing something?

    Obviously not learning from our mistakes. Three identical goals conceded now trying to play out.Poor decisions by keepers as they can see the press and poor by the receiving player as they should be passing back to the keeper. Unai needs to address this immediately.

    Can’t see this one happening. Wolves nearly signed him last Summer but read an article where he’s parents said struggle being so far away from home recently.

    Funny that I could of sworn we’ve got the second best record since Emery came in. Including wins against top 6 teams Utd, Spurs and Brighton. Really being left behind can’t be that bad.

    Surprised we’ve let him go without having a replacement agreed. We could end up getting rinsed for a striker now as clubs know we’re desperate or struggling if we don’t get a replacement.

    Funny that because him coming on Friday night won us back control of the game. He kept possession and made himself available for the ball which released the pressure we were under

    Very harsh assessment. He wasn’t the one who played Rodrigo onside he actually holds his position well. Struggled early on because he was thrown in cold having only had one training session and was targeted with a high press. Excellent debut

    Can someone explain why he was sent off under the double jeopardy rule? He had let go of his shirt outside the area and is clearly trying to win the ball inside the area. Surely worth an appeal

    Far to critical of Martinez. I don’t think any keeper would of saved Mbappe goal. He probably pulled off two of the three best saves at the WC against France and Australia. Then you have the penalties against France and Netherlands. Easily tripled his value as golden glove winner at WC and Copa America

    To many snowflakes on here.I’m certainly not going to allow myself to be embarrassed by the actions of the best goalkeeper to pull on a Villa shirt. Beckham ,Infaltino and their likes are the ones who should be embarrassed.

    Don’t give a toss about the VAR decision, some people seem more upset about it than the obvious foul on Luiz for the goal. Heavy contact is made on Luiz’s standing leg before he steals the ball, not so much hot air being spouted about that. Also I bet that angle wasn’t shown to the VAR official given how quickly the goal was awarded.Who decides what to replay to VAR ref ?

    What’s worrying is Mings performance after he came on, truly shocking. McGinn was anonymous, constantly giving up possession. Olsen less said the better.

    Just seen the stand alone lion option which was alleged third option. It’s clearly the best option in my opinion but the focus group dropped it !

    Prefer the round. However there is better detail in the blue lion, why the difference?Like the fact that they are also going to use the stand alone lion and name as well.The curved name looks better on the unleashed lion.

    Some of us actually do have morals that wouldn’t allow us to turn a blind eye to our owners conduct.If NSWE were responsible for the execution of the heads of three families just because they refused to leave their homes, to make way for a sporting venue, I couldn’t bring myself to celebrate a sporting victory.Some things can’t be overlooked.

    Emery for me 100%. I think he’d be more loyal than Poch. If it’s true he’s not available until the WC, maybe offer Terry the interim coach job for the month. He has a genuine interest in our club and actually ‘gets’ the Villa.
