Seeing as you didn't answer. It's a 12 month lock in and to get that price you have to claim 5 separate cash backs over the year. I bet they aren't around for a year, I doubt they'll be around by the time of the first cash back after 4 months. They'll take the new account kick backs, fold the company and you'll be locked into the contract with EE. However £20 per month isn't too bad for what they're offering, but I'd buy it direct from EE via your usual cash back site.

There is no point in this referendum when even people who've studied it don't really understand the implications of the decision. If experts don't know then what wisdom comes from letting people vote the way their newspaper tells them to? It's a popularity contest and almost 50% of the few that vote will be annoyed about the result.

Arrest is a function of the police. They can arrest someone for the purposes of gathering evidence, but only with reasonable suspicion. "Proof" can only be determined by a court, not by someone making an arrest. It is not an offence to be "preaching extremist views", or there would be a lot of locked up Christian preachers. It is an offence to incite violence.
