There is no point in this referendum when even people who've studied it don't really understand the implications of the decision. If experts don't know then what wisdom comes from letting people vote the way their newspaper tells them to? It's a popularity contest and almost 50% of the few that vote will be annoyed about the result.

Sorry, but I'll be removing it from the site in 24 hours. Their revenue system is broken and they haven't responded to emails for over a week.

Arrest is a function of the police. They can arrest someone for the purposes of gathering evidence, but only with reasonable suspicion. "Proof" can only be determined by a court, not by someone making an arrest. It is not an offence to be "preaching extremist views", or there would be a lot of locked up Christian preachers. It is an offence to incite violence.

I've worn one every day since my original Pebble kickstarter shipped. I would be without one now. I can also see how for some people they'd be useless.

Please can people stop asking for specific advice in this thread. If people keep asking specific things it'll get locked. Start a new thread when you have a specific question. The site is unusable when everything is in one thread.
