dubbs Posted August 11, 2017 Share Posted August 11, 2017 The customer support from Rockstar is rubbish. My son was rank 238 but his character got erased and he's back to rank 1. Raised a ticket with Rockstar, got a couple of generic replies basically setting its his own fault and they can't help. He definitely didn't erase his player.
