Nope. Its a botanical berry much like a grape is.

Yet I've seen it described both as a botanical berry and an epigynous one (something to do with inferior ovaries, apparently).

That's the trouble with t'internet, too many experts to choose from especially when it appears they can't quite decide. :mrgreen:

Oh, and I went to the Thinktank today with the family. Here is what I learned:

Rabbits were introduced into Australia in 1859 when somebody took just twenty four of them to the continent, about a dozen of them were released into the wild so they could be hunted at a later date. Within less than a hundred years, the number of rabbits in Australia had increased from two dozen to about six hundred million. That's a lot of humping. :shock:

Ironically, on Iberia where the European rabbit is native to, it's classified as near threatened/vulnerable!
