I don't think they're advertised (and like I say I don't know if it's just the Blazingsmoke branch that are doing it or if it's a nationwide thing), I heard about ours from a colleague's missus and then I just phoned the shop up and asked. They said they're doing it every Saturday for the duration of the tournament. When I got there Saturday before last they had boxes with a bunch of swaps in each (split by number) on a table near the exit with a member of staff there, and it was just pick one and leave one (or pick one and leave two for shinies) though they had bugger all to choose from. Had much more success at lunchtime Saturday gone through swapping with other people who had turned up (the Toys 'R' Us table was carnage anyway, and unmanned by that point). I heard from one of the parents there that The Entertainer are doing the same thing, between 12 and 2 but again I don't know if that's just my local one. Best bet would be just phone up and ask. Just depends how many packs you buy and how quickly, you can get the album free and then I'd recommend just buying a box from amazon rather than packets. Then you can always do some swapping on here.
