Must say i owe mcleish an apology, he said we were playing in a dutch style and i mocked him at the time, i assumed he meant the old dutch style, but he obviously meant the modern version. Sorry alex, you were right all along.

Don`t know why they are getting rid of redknapp, he is a bit of a knob but i haven`t seen them do this well in my lifetime. -
Chav fashion though, innit? I`m talking lycra proper running gear mate, they were on those scooters with their dogs walking beside them. Not only can`t they be arsed to walk their dogs but they seemed to think they were exercising.

People on those pensioner scooters when they are clearly able bodied. Saw two people in their late 40s on them the other day "walking" their dogs. I shit you not they were wearing running gear. Saw another old guy using his on the road like it was a car.

Watched a film called the tortured, guy kills their daughter so they kidnapp him and torture him. Half decent film. Distinct lack of good horror type films about. Also watched contraband, the acting is shite, it should have been a good yarn, shame.

He looked alright, showed a good attitude and seemed to be a team player. The opposite of our entire defence.

He is a funny player, i have seen him a few times over the years looking top class, then other times hes just awful.

Just finished last light and after light by alex scarrow, really enjoyed those. Currently on the increment by david ignatius which is shaping up well so far. If anybody is looking for a good ww2 book try and get hold of maquis by george millar, might be hard to get as it was published in the 40s, but it is a brilliant book. He was an soe agent dropped into france to organise the french resistance, the book is his account of it all.

The reality is that for all round fitness its going to be a mix; a bit of cycling, a bit of running, a bit of swimming and some circuit training! You are right sir, i still do a couple of 40 minute runs every week, its just good to have the bike and mix it up a bit as i was getting bored of running. The great thing about cycling is i don`t have to take any time out of my day to exercise unlike running. I can cycle to work and the shops or whatever and it kills two birds with one stone.

What do you all make of this TRT issue? Rich franklin has come out and said he is thinking about doing it, sonnen has now got permission to do it, henderson and mir do it. In my opinion its putting me off the sport. If you can`t compete clean then you shouldn`t be there. How many other fighters are doing this? The only reason bj penn can`t perform like he used to is because he is clean at his age , maybe he should get juiced up and take out the entire 155 division.

I have been really into running for the last few years, but i bought a bike a few months ago after not having one for over 10 years, I must be doing at least 50 miles a week on it. Might knock the running on the head altogether, cycling seems to be a muchmore enjoyable way to keep fit. Instead of 40 minute runs which drain my legs, batter my feet and bore me to death, my ticker gets a 2 hour workout which i enjoy. Its also a great form of transport. What a genius invention it is.

Maybe so shillzz, but i can only say what i see. The trouble is with the mcleish attitude is it is so easy to fall back on and never come out of your shell. I think the england players are in a hodgson comfort zone and they like it, no pressure no expectation.

I thought england were very poor. The only reason they didn`t lose is because france didn`t step it up a gear. I suppose thats to englands credit, they brought the pace and quality of the game down to a level were they could handle it. I don`t think they will beat sweden or ukraine, It was a mcleish esc performance.

Oh right I see What nationality are you out of interest? Nobody is making anyone a scapegoat here, our performance isn't great we deserve to be level it isn't down to the referee that we aren't ahead. However when someone has their leg kicked from under them I do kind of expect the ref to give us a free kick. I`m english, but im not getting into this debate again lol.

The problem is the england players are all english. They have no strategy or patience. Its just chargeing about and trying to get a cross in. Care to explain how that has any impact at all on the ref's decisions not to give obvious foul's in England's favour? The ref has done nothing wrong, typical england scapegoating. The problem is the english don`t know how to play the game anymore.

Yes ITV punditry at its best asking between them who is the best keeper in the world according to them its out of Neuer and Hart lol what a geuss! it really is ridiculous. He has done nothing at all to earn that praise. Man city bought the title, he happened to be in goal at the time. Fickleness. Amusing.
