Just seen something strange on Twitter, a person on my timeline retweeted a primary school teacher talking about how Oracle have made an Aston Villa app then went on to say that Oracle don't normally do app development, I have no idea if that's true or false. We do have a link to Oracle though. They have since removed the 2 tweets about Aston Villa's app and Oracle. I find that strange. ‏@PadsinPrimary

Paul Faulkner: First and foremost we always give priority for away tickets to our season ticket holders, as we believe that is the right thing to do in return for their on-going committment. Paul Faulkner: Any developments on a trial standing area at Villa Park? Noel Kavanagh - Not at present. As most people know, we were the first Premier League club to publically support the Football Supporters Federation's campaign for safe standing, and I know that has helped to bring the issue greater attention. It's a complex subject for a number of reasons, but I do fundamentally think it would be a good thing if done in the right way, and so we'll continue to support the campaign. Watch this space... We have a goal scorer in Bent, we need someone to partner him who can and would do the donkey work. Bent does nothing but score goals, chances need to be created for him though, he don't make those chances happen. We need a player who will drag the defenders around the pitch, Doyle would be that person. He doesn't score 100's of goals, but we're missing someone who can hold the ball up and someone who will challenge for every header. Anyway, I wouldn't mind Doyle, he isn't going to get the blood rushing through my vains, but he's the type of player that we're missing.

AVB has come out and said he isn't signing anymore strikers this window, so I doubt Defore will be going anywhere.
