    90% of house sale "Chains" have a first time buyer at the end of the chain. As first time buyers cannot afford to buy, the whole housing market will slow down! directly impacting on house prices. Had our pension guy come round last night, he told us that his company are now about to inforce a guideline that they will only lend 75% of the property value to a first time buyer. This would necessitate a first time buyer being able to put down a deposit of there own for approx 25-35K. That's just not going to happen. Seems they are trying to drive house prices down by themselves!

    i wouldn't mind Robbie Fowler on a free! he always seemed pretty un-motivated away from liverpool, but i bet Martin could get him playing. He's only 32! should have good couple of years in him, and there is no denying the bloke can finish. O'Neil did sign collymore at a similar age for a free too!
