The loan spell will do him the world of good. Baker has improved massively since coming back from his loan spell with Millwall a couple of years ago. -

Majority of the comments on a Notts County forum were positive absolute quality player... outstanding and MOTM by a million miles today. Best player I have seen in a Notts shirt in years. Jack Grealish is pure quality and I can see him going all the way! Mick Jones mentioned on the radio afterwards that he reminds him a little of Chris Waddle. This loan spell certainly looks a good deal for all parties concerned. He's a definite talent and should go far. -
He get's criticised far to often. Bear in mind last season was his first year in English football and had the burden of being the only senior member of a back 4 and to top it off was given the captains arm band.

The only reason why he did well against Manure was due to the fact they were 3-0 up and took their foot off the pedal. i think it would be a different story if we were 1-0 up or 0-0 at half time.

I also think we will probably only sign 2 players in january. If this is the case i would like a DM possible Derek Boateng and a midfield playmaker playing in the hole. An unknown young english talent from the lower leagues would be a bonus though.

Read today that Newcastle are looking to bid £5m for Adam Lallana from Southampton. He would be a quality signing and fits the criteria.

I wouldn't consider him to be a starter but he is a useful squad player given the fact he can play in various positions. He also always gives 110%. i rate him.

If we play the same system we did against QPR 3-5-2/5-3-2 i would prefer to see Weimann and Benteke start with Gabby on the bench. i think he would be a better impact sub.
