We need to get more creativity in our midfield. Heskey must be dropped for Bannan, with Petrov back in for Herd and Jenas for Delph. If we don't start creating chances for Bent as opposed to launching it up to him we will lose him in January.

Ah the penny drops, finally! I really do think that a majority of us on here that didn't want McUseless couldn't care less about his previous employers it was always his anti-football tactics that bothered me. Trouble is we will be stuck with this for at least this season as RL will not/can't afford to get rid of him. Morale has been better this season but could it have really got any worse last season? I would also argue that the Spurs game highlighted a real morale issue with our senior players, particularly Collins. We have the arrogance of Chelsea's senior players but none of the talent. it's not about the penny dropping, and it's not about everyone who has been after his head since the start of the season being right. some of us have been willing to give him a chance, and i think we have seen a few improvements. morale is much better, and we've seen a few players improving, especially gabby. we've played pretty well in patches. however, it's not about a realisation, more fears becoming reality. the men behind the ball, giving away possession, Emile Heskey. i think there is potential for it to work out while we 'stablise' (remainder of the season), but McLeish needs to stop setting us up like we're **** Birmingham City.

It's bollocks. We are not reducing our wage bill to meet any sort of stringent Uefa guidelines as these will only matter if we make it into Europe, which we won't with a poorer quality squad. Besides, how exactly are Man City justifying their wage bill? With "investment" of some sort it doesn't actually matter what the wage bill is as other clubs will already have a workaround in place. The fact is RL wants to drastically cut costs and try to turn a profit, which is fair enough. It's more the PR bullshit than the actual fact we are cost cutting that's the problem. Although I do agree that their are several players that I would be happy to see the back of come the summer... Dunne (55k) Heskey (60k) Collins (45k) Beye (40k) Ireland (72k) Warnock (45k) Petrov (50k) 367k/week (£18.85m/week roughly) on average (at best) players. What a joke. And before I get slaughtered about putting Petrov on here yes he has been one of the best players this season but apart from Gabby, Herd, Petrov, Given & Bannan all other players have been woeful so it's not really saying much. Give the job to KMAC and get him putting the youngsters in as opposed to some of the "senior" players who are their on experience as opposed to merit.

Uncharted 2 is fantastic. Think the 1st one but 10 times the action. Probably the best in the series IMO. 3 though is still amazing.
