    New kits 21/22

Honestly this one for Bahia in the Brazilian league kinda works. Wouldn't want Villa to have but still.
  2. Yeah but for this thread "should" works better
  3. Guess they won't be signing Edouard then...
  4. Yeah when it all comes down to it it's still subjective. Maybe playing at home at Wembley helped.
  5. The ref Jonas Ericksson who's in the studio who has about 150 international games in the WC, Euro's, CL and so explained the situation very detailed and showed the situation from multiple angles and he thought it was a red and a mistake by the ref and VAR. He pretty much always sides with the refs and VAR, not this time. The Phillips one he though was 50/50.
  6. Had our hands burnt on quite the number of domestic players as well over the years.
  7. England should have had 1 possibly 2 red cards yesterday
  8. Not really how the rules work. As long as he is through on goal it's red. Doesn't matter if Usain Bold is thundering down behind him. When Rice pulls his shirt there is no one ahead or next to him. It's a red.
  9. They showed that incident very detailed while the ref explained the situation and you can clearly see he is through clear on goal with no one beside him or in front of him when Rice starts pulling his shirt. It should have been a red. Got very lucky there, maybe playing at home helped.
  10. He was also pretty adamant that England got very lucky to not get at least 1 red card, possibly 2 against Germany. The shirt pull from Rice he thought should have been a red and the stomp by Phillips he thought was a 50%50. And this is from a red with tons and tons of International and European cup matches. He pretty much never disagrees with the on pitch and VAR callS but he did here
  11. Matheus Fernandes only played 17 minutes for Barca despite them giving him a 5 year €85k/w contract. He's also the first ever Barca signing to not get a presentation when he arrived. Did not watch him for those 17 minutes and I've not seen him for Palmeiras or Botafogo either but looking at his FIFA ranking he has about the score you'd expect Djemba-Djemba or Yacouba Sylla to have.
  12. Disagree on that one. In this case he got the ball cleanly but he followed through and had a straight extended leg with the studs up and with a lot of force and momentum. He shattered the knee on his opponent due to the impact on the leg. Not seen or read a single Swedish journalist, ex-player or spoken to anyone who didn't think it was a correct red. Was unintended but reckless IMO.
  13. Gary Lineker on crack? Was one of the most blatant red cards I've seen.
  14. He's signed a new one already with RB I think
  15. And here I was thinking that Pickford could not reach the crossbar.
  16. On a second viewing Rice very lucky to not get a red there for that shirt pull. Same thing with Phillips for that tackle. Wales got a red for a identical one.
  17. Know it's not a lot of fans in the stadium but the atmosphere still seems flat. Just some booing and then the odd cheer when Germany loses possession.
  18. Hope Timo Werner finally gets rewarded for all his hard work tonight.
  19. Former Holland manager Frank de Boer has just become available for the Spurs job
  20. Sit deep and hope to use pace to create something on the counter or have Kane and Sterling to fall down in the box. Classic!
