    Al Habsi is a very good keeper. Probably too good to be 2nd choice for Bolton. If Milner goes, then maybe we could use some of the money to buy some Real Madrid rejects like Diarra.

    I think this is probably true. I can't imagine Milner being the kind of player to want to leave Villa for Man City, I think he'd definitely leave us for Chelsea or Man Utd but not Man City. Although all ITK's have said the opposite.

    Of course they'd get a work permit. How do you think Blackburn managed to sign Kalinic?

    I haven't seen much of Cairney but from what I have seen he doesn't look anything special although you have to be good to be playing in the Premier League at the age of 19. I also thought he was a CB.

    Higuain only scores so many goals because he plays for Real Madrid. If he played for a club that doesn't create too many chances he wouldn't score nearly as much. For example, in the summer with Argentina, Higuain scored 3 goals but for someone as good as people make out, he should easily have scored 5 IMO. I remember seeing quite a few chances that Higuain wasted.

    Real Madrid really need a striker better than Higuain. I really don't rate him. Benzema is better than Higuain, I think he'll be good for Real next season, he was just adjusting to Spanish football this season.

    I hope the away kit is black, or looks like the blue & black away kit from 2 seasons ago.

    Anybody think Steven N'Zonzi would be a good buy. He looks like a good defensive CM. He's very tall so would be good at set pieces, and very athletic, the exact opposite of Petrov and what we need IMO. His goal against Everton was very very good aswell.

    Well he is from a Villa area and Vassell and Zat Knight always played great against us because they were both Villa fans.

    Is James Vaughan a Villa fan? Because that could be the reason why he played particularly well at VP, when was this performance by the way because I don't remember this game.

    I don't, if there good enough then he'll play them. Delfouneso played at 17, albeit in the Europa League Okay then I think MON would play a 17 year old in a Europa League game 2 or 3 times a year but I don't think he'd let a 17 year old play in the Premier League like what Leeds did with Milner.

    Yeah I seriously doubt MON would play anyone when they're 17.

    I would have though Kjaer would have went to a bigger club than Wolfsburg. And why would Bayern want to sign Van der Wiel if they've already got Phillip Lahm?

    i think Kalinic would be a very good signing. He looks like the kind of player we need and will develop into that in the future. I'd rather buy a young striker who can score goals for say £8 million than buy an experienced goal scorer for £15-20 million.

    Well to be honest I'm not too impressed with Mascherano everytime I watch Liverpool play. He has a fairly easy job at Liverpool because Liverpool generally play quite defensively and he has Lucas with him to help. If he was as good as people make out, then he would have helped out Argentina more in the world cup.

    Totally agree. I have yet to see anything about him to suggest he is any better than NRC. Both aren't great at passing or shooting and both can tackle fairly well and chase a player well although NRC is better at that aspect. I guarantee if Mascherano was called Bob Smith everybody would think he's rubbish. He has got to be the luckiest football player alive considering how much money he's earning and how he is captain of Argentina with the very limited ability he has.

    Well Manchester United have Anderson and his passing ability is the same as NRC's.

    I'd say Adam Johnson is a good comparison but Grealish has far more technical ability Isn't that Gareth Bale then?
