I have been buying Rod Stewart albums. My cut off will be Blondes have more fun, and I am yet to buy his solo debut. That said those albums have really been faultless. I have always had a liking of his pre 78 material and he does turn up in second hand record shops at a very good price. Anyway this morning I played Smiler, Never a dull moment and every picture tells a story, the latter has possibly the best side of his career in it's B side.

In all fairness it is absolutely ubiquitous but it doesn't really fully into the taste of more prolific music posters. I wouldn't bet my house that Mike and Rob have heard it but I suggest they have and it just didn't register. 15 seconds in for the hook.

I agree to an extent so not sure how it can be the case. My assumption is parts of Telford, Wellington, Hadley, Malinslee, Woodside etc. Not the ghetto but certainly not affluent.

I mentioned that a friend of mine died of a brain tumour on a thread a short time back, she worked for 4ad and the label on their Facebook page and website have paid tribute to her. A very nice touch.
