He showed a lot of fight especially after Spurs scored, unfortunately his frustrations with how things went ended up with him getting sent off. I just wished the rest of the team played with his fight in this game.

That bodes for us. However I hope we don’t underestimate them. Their pitch is quite narrow and I’m worried it could impact our build up. It was interesting that Emery focused on us winning our duels too. I do think we’ll win but to quote Emery we need to respect them

Luton have quite a few out injured. Lokonga, Adebayo, Osho and Andersen are all out with Bell and Joe Johnson being assessed. It will still be a tricky game imo, but their injury issues are good for us.

Ivory Coast come back to win against Nigeria, what a storyline for Haller. Coming back from cancer and leading his nation to win AFCON. Top tournament this year, refs in general have been quality, had some quality goals and some funny celebrations too. Maybe the PL can pinch the refs from this competition.
