  1. I genuinely believe we are a Nico Williams and a Right back away from keeping ourselves up there in the current mix for a title surge, we are in an unbelievable position but one extra player can boost us, Ramsey and Zaniolo on that side of the field don't quite push us there and i feel if we had that spark in that area we would be in an outstanding position.
  2. Villa have never this and villa have never that…. PROFESSOR EMERY is all i need to say previous stats and records matter not with this man in charge However I’ll take a draw UTV
  3. Ashame we wont get to see that in a villa shirt
  4. Exactly why i do not rate this one bit .. however will be routing for us to win it regardless lol
  5. Poor match, good for zaniolo to get a goal but still far from convincing from him not sharp enough for this team, lets go again sunday with more venom, think we could have trusted Traore and chambers in games like that tbf could have rested couple more
  6. Will require 70 points i reckon for top four thats got to be the aim so roughly 11 wins more 5 draws more total wins=22 wins
  7. Wow just wow is all i can say been a busy weekend so no chance to jump on here but these players are playing absolutely remarkable, yes looked tired this time round to be expected, was shaky when Konsa came off , Dendocker coming on made me more shaky, did some well time tackles but also gave the ball away sloppily, Mcginn was electrifying and the Youri x Leon link up play is top class , level of understanding within this team and the way the ball is worked up the pitch is glorious to watch. Ty (arsenal fan tv) is a b**tard he wanted us relegated last time around but look what we gave him , thing is i dont mind arsenal but their fans are the most annoying spoilt entitled w**kers. 15 in a row is remarkable and I celebrated that win like never before just exploded in joy at that full time whistle. UTV
  8. Id say we should be thanking jesus for giving us such a good run and magnificent week… Amen?
  9. Very interesting this… look any competition that we are in i want us to win and get as far as possible including conference, i will celebrate any trophy but for me the conference is not that special and as a club of our stature ive always felt we should be aiming for the proper established competitions regardless of how we have been as a club for the past 20 years. I look at the conference league like a father stopping his 4 yr old child from scoring against him in the living room and the child getting frustrated so he moves one of the posts further out wide to make it easier for him to score … that’s exactly what i think about this competition it was created to give those that cant get europa or champions league a chance and i feel like i want to earn it the hard away but completely understand that fans will want to lift a trophy but thats how i see it. On the other hand a champions league place would be a dream come true for me and if we can win a FA cup that would be incredible that has more weight in gold than the conference to me i can assure ya. We are Aston Villa we dream big!!
  10. We owe em alot f**king more son beat them once at villa park in 25 bloody years i think we need to give em a few batterings in years to come to balance that out
  11. Huge result that im still buzzing over but even though it was more dominant than the 7-2 against liverpool i have to say that match is the best result I’ve ever witnessed especially as my brother is a liverpool fan who for so many bloody years has so much to celebrate about and they always get the better of us so it was refreshing as f**k to beat them by that many goals . But beating City last night is right up there without a doubt and look the 3-1 against United at villa park could even match that because for as long as o can remember I was dying for us to end that record and thats another team everyone around me supported so that meant everything and it was the professor’s first game in charge. I cant explain and put into words how much relief these latest victories over the last few years have meant because it feels like we’ve never been able to do this in the 2000’s and early 2010’s but lets keep going and keep racking up results.
  12. Yeah me and everyone around me never sat down once not sure why but that was really something to suggest we were right in there almost playing with the lads giving that extra momentum top stuff, I expected more noise when leaving through the ground tbh more chants and what not
  13. Almost finished the Unai statue! MY GOODNESS!!! i am absolutely f**king buzzing!!! GET IN!!! Villa boys what a bloody win .. really cannot believe what I witnessed live in villa park tonight , the type of performance we just put on that was quite the display, leon bailey was mesmerising to watch and simply outstanding, Mcginn and Konsa were exquisite! And pretty much everyone else were solid Stunned by all that and lost for words my first match at villa park this season and what a treat!! , i sung my heart out walking out that stadium today filled with goosebumps I BLOODY LOVE THIS CLUB AND Im on CLOUD NINE tonight. About time we beat that w**ker Pep and his oil money boys which was eating away at me before tonight and we have finally done it after 10 years!! This is NOT the villa i know but i f**king love It , everything just feels amazing right now really does UTV ! p.s gonna be knackered in the morning for work god help me
  14. PSA: If you see me building a statue outside Villa Park tonight mind your business this man Unai Emery words cannot explain. GET F**king INNN!! WHAT A WIN!!! …. Even better when the commentary was soooo bias towards spurs, the feeling to turn that one around was marvellous Diaby poor again and cash lost composure, best decision taking them both off and Tielemans was so calm on the ball and bailey offered much more than diaby ( something i never thought id ever say). Martinez was sensational and nothing short, i gave MOTM to Kamara i just felt his dribbling and getting between players today was excellent or im just fed up of giving it to SJM every week hehe. But lets not forget about Luiz who yet again put in a fine performance very silky around the pitch. Overall im just buzzing, how the script used to go is that we would take the lead and then go onto lose 2-1 so this a new chapter. UTFV !! Love this club man !
  15. Shouldn’t be the case the way they have been playing, very surprising tbf … we have been the far better side and look miles better than them something i don’t think I’ve ever said in my life.
  16. Yeah one and two additions in a couple of months will certainly put us in a great position and we need to grab it and strike while the irons hot, Aslong as Emery can keep the steam and momentum with the boys we can keep putting in performances to get these wins, for the first time ever in my life dreaming of finishing above man united is looking possible but theres a mighty long way to go, would take 5th finish and a lift of that FA Cup trophy would be delicious, just dying to see us lift something of that magnitude.
  17. Curios question In the last 25 years would you rather Villa had been like Leicester City and won the Fa Cup and Premier League but spent most time in lower divisions or would you just had rather Villa been the team we have been over the years ? For me tough one as if we win the Fa Cup and Premier League I’d be the most happiest seeing my team win those competitions but Leicester have spent a considerable amount of time outside of the top tier Because we are playing in the top league against the best teams for pretty much for majority of those years that just about edges it for me.
  18. We really really are and we must remember to not take any of this for granted because this is no the norm even though it is Every result like this I appreciate because we have always been a team used to losing for the last 25 years bar the O’Neil Era.
  19. Super John ‘whatever your middle name is’ Mcginn!! Go and pour yourself a glass of champagne big man !! An absolutely ridiculously good world class performance every move and everything he did was out of this world… MOTM by a long mile. Never thought I’d see the day i’d be asking to take off Diaby for Bailey, he was very poor today, Bailey came on and made an instant impact and looked extremely sharp. Thought we gave away the ball too easily at times in the second half but overall well controlled and tactically brilliant performance. Tielemans needs to be more composed a little but more nevertheless a good performance from him. Thank you boys i can go and enjoy the rest of my day now P.S Our next home fixture wont be a walk in the park UTV!
  20. Yeah i was only 8 years old and listening to it on the radio , yes as a 8 year old its hard to think of these days doing such things at a young age, every muscle jumping to each attack , it was my brothers christening that day so left at half time and found out we won 3-2 i was ecstatic but also the famous incident where santa claus had a accident and fell from the stands at VP
  21. Was a good watch, he was the manager in charge when i first started watching at a young age, one of my earliest memories was that game he mentioned when we came back to beat Arsenal 3-2 at villa park, Didnt realise he had that cool demeanour and jokey side to him, brought back some good memories.
  22. I’d be very happy in my lifetime to see is win just two trophies , one being the fa cup and either the premier league, champions league or europa league (not conference) … felt like we should have won the Fa Cup back in 2000 against Chelsea in when i was a bouncy little ten year old that would have meant the world to me back then i was so excited watching us like jumping around everywhere gasping at every chance we had , i was in tears at the end
