    Mate this is exactly what I thought of straight away i dont want him in the side again if im honest too much of a liability and im losing patience with zaniolo just not good enough, seen enough to know he doesn’t fit well with us hes too slow and makes silly decisions , wouldn’t lose sleep if we lost him to that betting scandal… Mcginn was my MOTM today , happy for the win… couldn’t believe i was watching the Manchester derby hoping for city to drop points my club is in and amongst these teams can you believe…. I bloody love professor Emery and i love this club right now

    We shouldn’t be scared to improve our squad its needed to push on and we are only a couple of injuries short to being a average team

    Come January we will have no choice but to strengthen and will sign two to three players if necessary to push us right till the end with better quality.

    Its amazing how so many on here were battering Emery and this side after the 3-0 loss against liverpool, many had us to be way below what we expected in addition to we didn’t have the best window and should have signed more moans… now look at us .. i think we were two signings away from being legit finishing in the top 3 BUT if its rumoured to be true that 5th place will secure champions league then we must certainly be aiming for that and that for me is achievable bar injuries to key players.

    Wouldn’t say zaniolo is particularly playing well thats not to say hes been terrible either but the rest of our team are a grade above which helps players like that who haven’t reached that next level up. Yes Digne and Torres progressing very well , I’ve been impressed with Digne for stepping up and showing everyone how consistently good he can be

    Apart from man city and liverpool its extremely rare we come out victorious against those..would love to beat two out of the following three at least once this season :Liverpool, City and United …. That along with a top 6 finish would be the icing on the cake for me.

    Professor Unai Is making me one happy man let me start by saying UTV! Finally! Finally! we have beaten the hammers…long awaited victory, i dont like Benrahma and wanted him to feature in this loss, cocky and very arrogant met him couple of times. Also dont like Moyes and i know he hates losing against us thats why he has such a good record so happpy days. Douglas is pure magic, two misplaced passes and ignoring the two goals he was so dominant and controlling, weird as he only scored once across a season and a-half then he scores two in one match and 6 straight at VP. Definitely my MOTM Diaby seemed to lack confidence he usually has in large parts, Bailey is usually useless but came on today and made all the right decisions , didn’t try too much and oozed class for his goal such a clean finish unfortunately he isn’t consistent enough i know many wont agree but Zaniolo has been overhyped massively, yes he can do some sensational stuff with the ball better than anyone in our team without a doubt but his end production and sharpness overall is way off for our side , not sure if its the fancy Italian name that psychologically has fans thinking his Del Piero because that isn’t the case, for me he is not a starter in this squad but i guess we dont have many options. Never in my life of 24 years watching us have i ever thought we are a better team than Manchester United until today and genuinely believe it. Mcginn in the second half was quieter, i think if we have JJ where Zaniolo is playing now we have a serious force.

    UTFV!!! Honestly don’t know where to start! Such an incredible performance and up there with the best of the decade which is not much but Watkins was phenomenal this afternoon oozing with confidence in front of goal and should have had Four… Matty Cash was sensational in that first half and gave Brighton a torrid time, Konsa is a Rolls Royce, Mcginn was making everything happen… Luiz is in the form of his life and controls the centre of the pitch with ease Diaby was a menace to society ran Brighton ragged today, their players will have nightmares about him tonight and i just love the passion from our Professor Unai everytime we scored he was jumping around, i think hes worse than me Overall a magnificent display in front of our home crowd and one for the ages UTV!!! Love you all

    And he should as Zaniolo is nowhere near the tenacity required at this time and ramsey looks so much sharper in all areas… lets not get carried away with the new signing hype RAMSEY IS MILES ABOVE ✍

    Regardless of what they have said or done at the end of the day the displays on the pitch is there for us all to see and the majority of our fanbase are of the same view.

    Come January we need to get a new back up GK immediately! no further debate about this is even now necessary followed up by a forward player who can play up top and to either side of the attack, maybe a new CM to compete with Mcginn because im not happy with Tielemans. i warned those that were happy and calling it a 10/10 window because it was far from it… we didn’t do nowhere near enough to ensure we had quality in all areas.

    Douglas Luiz MOTM Exceptionally tidy and silky across the pitch today and the way he scissored through three of their players in the first half was exquisite.. he looks so assuring on the ball and so pleasing on the eye. My fav player this season Kamara - Very Fine performance looked like he was proving a point today and did so well. Mcginn - Underrated today played very hard and showed grit Zaniolo - Showed again his moments of magic … still needs to show his a 90 minute player and bring that consistency. Konsa - Absolutely superb end of Pau Torres - Strengthened heavily for this match , calm and majestic, got caught out a couple times by sterling but a lot of defenders do with his speed. And finally Martinez was a rock in that goal and showed leadership for that backline Excellent win, wish we could do similar jobs to the man city’s and liverpool’s as them teams ALWAYS get away with beating us and im fed up of it UTV

    Firstly Emery had every right to trust in the starting line up to get the points tonight and secondly we have a match on sunday against on paper a good Chelsea side, maybe its the fancy name of Zaniolo or that he is a new signing but other than that great strike which led to the goal Zaniolo has offered us nothing. Kamara and tielemans very lethargic…. Our defence was absolutely atrocious Lenglet and Konsa provided no leadership… Mings is so commanding and was so integral to our back line… chambers very average and digne dozed off so many times… only player i can say played okay was Duran…. Ramsey looks somewhat sharp in his cameo… very disappointing night which puts a heap of pressure on us in the next games. I want a big response on Sunday and think we should have been sharper in the transfer window in the forward department and maybe bringing in better quality than Lenglet and Zaniolo

    Sad how they attack Bailey so hard across the board, yeah not good enough but not all blame should be directed at him with such venom, if we were maybe a couple places higher Felix would have been a strong possibility, should have pinched Ferran Torres and pulled out all the stops to make it happen imo.

    Blind what are you talking about dont jump on here with ridiculous statements Luiz has come leaps and bounds and can compete with the best midfielders in this league but can have off days but today he wasn’t that bad and deserved a higher rating hence being mentioned and he is NOT overrated by me maybe some of our fans, im not one of them fans praising every player or saying we had the greatest transfer window ever because we DIDNT and we needed better and more its now slammed shut and I’m slightly concerned about it… same way people on here are praising Zaniolo who hasn’t done anything to warrant starting in front of anyone imo but we are too excited because hes a new signing and lauded as being a special player… we should have signed a ferran torres gifted type of player

    Duran made the most stupidest of decisions and you chose rip Bailey apart instead… RIDICULOUS yes wasnt baileys best game but I’ve seen him way worse and i agree he isn’t good enough and should be bench option only.
