Spot on, ive been critical of him in the past, but isnt the saying "your only as good as your last game?" Hes been brilliant this season, he works hard for the team and is a very important player for the villa without a doubt.

ive found it much better by switching tactical defending off, still not great but a lot better. Its a shame cause other than this the game is perfect, although i remember last year simular problems and then they released an update which sorted it out.

Never played a ps3 was gonna change from 360 a while a go, but from what i can gather its just a waste of money as theres not much difference.

i disagree fulham are a very good side who score goals with a great recent record at the cottage, mccarthy has also built a good side at wolves who have also had an excellent start. Villa have just lost there 2 best players and 10-15 squad players and we have a new manager. I really fail to see how anyone could not be pleased considering all them facts. Fulham away is not a game we should be winning its a very tough fixture. Against wolves for example if heskeys header had gone in itd be a different story. In all 3 games i have seen us create plenty of chances tbh, the team is in a transitional periiod.

Mcleish all the way, the people booing him not turning up for games are pathetic imo, who cares if he managed blues? A small time club with small time fans, a small stadium and a very small history. We are ASTON VILLA one of the biggest clubs in football history. Also I do not like foreign managers i just dont think it works over here (there are two exceptions but even one of them has lost the plot). People need to realise where villa are atm, I do not think big eck has put one foot wrong so far in any aspect of his job, achikeving the aim for this season, we are unbeaten and have kept two clean sheets out of 3 games, two of which were tough fixtures not too mention through safely to the next round of the cup. I personally am of the belief a lot of people are going to end up eating humble pie come the end of the season.

Why does it take us so long to do anything? Other teams seem to just buy players but we faff around for ages, what on earth are they doing. We seem to be linked to players for 3 years before we buy them!

Dear General I am very dismayed by the rumours surrounding Mr Mccleish, after last season i expected us to be chasing a manager with a real pedigree (Moyes, Coyle, hughes) and while im am sure everton had been approached at least? I was also excited by the prospect of Martinez who is one of the brightest young prospects. However, how does Mccleish fit the criteria suggested last week? I do not believe that peoples outrage is because of where he is coming from, as if it were Moyes crossing the divide I doubt there would be a single complaint. Aston Villa fans do not enjoy negative football, it does not suit a club of villas stature and we have never won anything playing this way. While I am sure Mr Mccleish deserves an interview surely the board would not employ a manager who relegated the nearest rivals twice? We want to fill Villa Park not have empty seats on the first day! Having said this yesterday i renewed my season ticket for the 11th time and will always support you, Randy, the board and WHOEVER is the manager at the given time.
