    Not that I’ve heard/read… was a tenuous link to PSG… I think we’re after a goalscorer or two rather than a winger, but wth do I know? Collomosse reported that we’re open to selling Digne, Dendoncker and Coutinho. Saying Unai wants a wide player and midfielder iirc.

    If that happens, I would be sure of it… I keep thinking of Unai’s comments during our US tour… Working on outgoings, watching the market and ready to act toward the end of August for “good opportunities” or “big deals”… No way we are done… Monchi implied the same too… but we won’t go “crazy”… but want to equip Unai as well as possible to challenge on all fronts…

    Full faith and trust in Unai… however he wants to build and organise this squad… it’s fine by me… and it’s his first real opportunity to do so. He knows way, way more and better than any of us and has the track record to prove it… Depending on our ambitions, the main/highest priority is not to develop our younger players (unfortunately for some). I get the impression that we want to genuinely challenge for honours and/or a higher standing… for that, we will need effective and impactful players in the squad that can really compete and genuinely threaten the opposition… It’s exciting, if we’re going to be doing these sorts of deals… it will help us bring in better players while allowing these kids to develop elsewhere and we will have the opportunity to bring them back if and when they prove themselves and demonstrate that they can be capable and effective for us… It just makes me wonder what players we are targeting to sign for the first team… feels like we are starting to act and conduct ourselves like a “big club”…

    Recent news, on Aaron and Cam, just brings more belief that there are more signings on the way, we are not done. I’m all for whatever Unai wants to do - we want to be as strong as possible and launch an attack on all fronts! All for it! A stronger, more dangerous, more effective/clinical team is going to be a sight to behold… finally, Unai gets to build this squad in his own image… the potter is moulding the clay… WATCH OUT!
