I actually think he might have made Gardner's performance worse. Anyone that pairs up in midfield with Westwood seems to be shit (minus Delph).

I thought he made an impact when coming on. He's so comfortable with the ball it's a joy to watch which can't be said for a lot of our players. Really think he should have started today, we had all those attacking players but lacked creativity.

Aston Villa fans have reacted angrily to news they will have to pay £42 to watch their team play Sheffield Wednesday. Roberto Di Matteo's men head to Hillsborough on August 7 for a game already delayed by Sky Sports' decision to broadcast the match. And insult has followed injury after Wednesday confirmed Villa's supporters would have to pay top dollar for their first glimpse of Di Matteo's team. Many have taken to Twitter to protest.
