Sorry for just focussing on the main 2 competitions. I'll leave you to add the less important ones if you like
We've made more finals for both of those others anyway
Funny watching Spurs and Man City fans. Two teams with no real history enjoying their brief moments in the sun.
Combined league titles for Spurs/City: 4

Combined European Cup winners or runner ups for Spurs/City: 0
Combined total for Spurs/City in the biggest 2 competitions: 11

Combined total for Villa in the biggest 2 competitions: 18
Bless them
Spurs are going to find it hard to match last season with Liverpool likely to improve under their new manager and City have moved up a notch in the transfer window.
Amazing how Spurs getting in the top six for the 3rd time in 18 premier league seasons (15 out of 18 outside the top six) isn't put into it's wider context. They probably won't get so lucky again
This was always going to happen and if we can get close to £30m for him we've done very well.
The balance of our midfield looked wrong with Milner/Petrov in there so it might also sort that problem out and allow us to strengthen in several areas.
I'd be far more gutted if Ashley Young left.
NRC without a doubt.
Petrov is the better passer but tires after about 60 minutes.
NRC has more drive, more energy and I think we look a better team with him in centre midfield (not right midfield and not right back)
I'd go for England winning the WC rather than top four.
However if it was winning the league or champions league for Villa then that's a different story!
SWP has the most talent of those four - possibly Ireland a close second!
Can't believe how much we are being offered for Milner - come on Villa let's cash in!
Milner will be a City player come the start of the season I reckon.
When they want a player they generally get them.
They'll offer more wages and as long as the transfer fee is around the £30m mark I think it is a good deal for the club.
Milner is a good player but really not worth that!
Sell him and get Reo Coker back in midfield!
Then use the money on a decent striker!
I think Milner will go and if we get a bid close to £30m or a decent player plus cash deal then I would take it!
He's a good player but I don't think he's as good as some make out and I actually would prefer it if he wasn't in centre midfield anyway!
