The more and more I read comments like this and ones by @TRO it reaffirms my belief that we probably should stick with Bruce at least until next October. Part of me wants him gone, but then I do agree that we need to have continuity and a squad that's settled and been together for longer then a few months, then once we have had a settled environment for a year or so, it should get easier and finally things should start to improve.

He seems to know what needs to be done, but doesn't know how to do it, I hear the post match interviews and I think ok good he saw it how I saw it and knows what we need to do, then the next game it actually gets worse!

To be fair to Brighton, they've been incredibly unlucky not to have been a premier league team for a good few seasons now, they have an incredible infrastructure there, their training ground is state of the art, their chairman is Brighton born and bred, when they go up they will be staying up and in the top 10 within a few years.

Well we saw how good DOL was at Leeds when he had money to splash, shame Doug didn't open the purse strings at the time, think DOL could've done a good job. Not sure who would be considered similar now tho. Personally I would want someone with a reputation in one of the top leagues in Europe, even if we have to pay premium wage, and say right "this is a huge club that needs to be bought back to where it belongs, we will back you in the transfer market and you can become a club hero"

Lol. If hypothetically Sherwood was never appointed before and was appointed when Bruce was, I think we would've been in the play off places.

Surely this guy should be tearing up the Championship, he was a beast in the Europa league before we signed him, now it's got to the point where I've actually forgotten to care he was at the club. I know he has had bad injuries, but surely he should've been able to come back to a decent standard?
