Have you seen what he can do, or weren't you paying attention then? He is out of form, but anyone who watched him early last season would know that he can be a weapon. I don't know what your agenda is, but try to come up with something more imaginative than just saying he's been "found out". What the **** does that mean, exactly? I think you read it somewhere about someone once, liked the sound of it, and decided to use it on a Villa player at a future date to make it sound as though you're one of the people who knew all along that there was something to be "found". Albrighton is a Villa fan, and also one of our best players if he gets his form back. Why anyone would want to write him off is quite beyond me.

Can I just take this opportunity to say how replica shirt-wearing plastic Chelsea fans make me physically sick. A whole stadium full of fuckheads who decide they're diehard Chelsea fans as soon as the team (bought with money effectively stolen from the Russian people) win a league title. Who won the league? Fair enough, but you're being a bit hard on Albrighton incha? I think Gabby should only be used as a sub in 4-5-1. His main attributes are pace and finishing (apart from one-on-ones!), so I'd say there's more to gain by giving Albrighton the experience on the wing. Gabby's future as a winger will be limited by the decline in his pace as he gets older, whereas Albrighton's crossing is a weapon plus he can score goals.

Unfortunately I think it's safe to put the deerstalker away. We heard about the Given and Zog deals about three years ago, so on that basis we have nothing more lined up until January at the earliest. But hey, if AM can get Ireland back to form and Makoun playing well, we could still have a better team than last year.
