  1. There's always going to be concern about what other people post. That's usually what creates a fiery debate What is said on here matters quite a bit to some, at times. Otherwise, why bother with a fans forum?
  2. Didn't have you down as a left - footer.
  3. The irony of penalty shoot - outs. Rangers most experienced player misses. As for the Germans, normal service as been resumed.
  4. I remembered watching a clip about him on an a VHS tape. It was called The Killing Of America. They ended up banning it due to it's excessive violence. I remember it leaving me kind of shooked. Today it would just be the norm. It's kind of crazy how desensitized society has become to violence on screen.
  5. Really enjoying We Own This City. Brilliantly put together with some fine actors. And just how sexy is Dagmara Dominczyk, without even trying to be?
  6. It's great that we are seeing some excellent black goalkeepers . Back in the day, all I remember is Alex Williams for Man City.
  7. Has there been a more competitive sportsman that Novak Djokovic? I don't think so.
  8. Ivor Linton, I remember him playing in one of the early rounds and performed quite well if I remember.
  9. Gutted to hear about the premature passing of Andrew Symonds. What a tough year for Australian cricket. Symonds was a wonderful ODI batsman on his day. Anyone remember his innings against Pakistan in the 2003 World Cup? Born in Birmingham too. So sad.
  10. In Gomarrah when Genny says, " If there's one thing I've learned, it's you can never trust family." So true, yet, so sad.
  11. Ok. Hearbreaking, either way.
  12. Great news. Can't wait for next season.
  13. It's kind of sad watching Ciro, in Gomorra, trying to redeem himself. When deep down he knows it's an exercise in futility. Marco D' Amore is a fine actor indeed.
  14. "Up The Junction". Love it. Or, is it "Cool For Cats"?
  15. It's so crazy how you reminded me of that, because has I posted my initial comment, I had a picture In my mind of Sid scoring with a diving header. I kid you not.
  16. I don't even remember Sid heading a ball. Very strange.
  17. Apparently, it was with Dawn Astles blessing that Gibbo came out with the statement yesterday. So, from that, one has to assume that the evidence suggests the dementia is linked to constant heading of a football
  18. I'm gutted to hear that one of our finest left - backs, Gibbo, has been diagnosed with dementia. He was such a classy left - back with a hell of a shot on him. I remember him doing a fine job marking Johan Cruyff in the UEFA Cup against Barcelona. I just hope he gets the care he deserves.
  19. I know. I was going to start from season 3, where I left off. I was also a tad disappointed about the last episode comment .
