The man has been here just under 2 months and managed 7 games. He took over a squad that had been playing a different formation with different players each week and whose confidence was subterranean.
He's just got the first back to back points all season and because it's not what we needed it's on him? For me, we got a little bit of what we needed today and that's some confidence back.
They're getting used to a formation and a squad with little or no variation to the last match and are slowly building confidence.
I would have loved a 60 minute super sub to come on, but in my opinion that's a Tim Shitewood way of thinking. Take a defender off, throw another attacker on, go 2 down and throw away any confidence and belief that may be there.
You can put the finest manager in the world here, but if the players don't have the skill, belief or confidence then we won't be moving anywhere.
I'm not saying we'll get out of this mess, but to blame it on Remi Garde is just absurd.
