Well, The snow's still lying, side roads not cleared so unless Mr. Whelan has sorted something to get the private ground around the stadium cleared we could still have problems. If it wasn't the other side of town I'd go and have a look, if I get the chance I'll nip over tomorrow

Just been told by the neighbour that Wigan Council have run out of Grit and as the DW is effectively on an unadopted road / retail park it probably won't get cleared unless dave Whelan coughs up for it Hmmmmmm Will keep you updated

I'm afraid the weather really is that bad up here. 4 or 5 inches lying and it's still snowing. I live less than 1.5 miles from the Town centre and it took my neighbour over 20 minutes to get there and that was 4 hours ago and it's constantly snowed since then
