Why did you fire her? What did she do? (Or not do as the case may be...) basically, she was really really dumb, and couldn't do the job. in HR talk, she was incapable of completing the job at the required level. Technically, we didn't fire here, we gave her a choice: 1) either voluntarily leave the company immeditiately (we'd pay her the full months salary). 2) we would terminate her That's a bit harsh. And yes, always the way when you get back! Got our wedding rings from there. Went to Jewellery Quarter - found it utterly over priced shit in the most part, and then went there where we found them. Me - mine is simple, hers is bastard arkward. Says it all, really. There's some posh jewellers in there Ah come on, you know she's worth it! I bought mine and the wifes from a jeweller who hasnt got a high street shop... didnt charge me the rip off prices that they do in the shops... and made 2 bespoke rings for us (my wifes has diamonds encrusted and sits perfectly along her engagement ring). He was a great bloke and really reasonable with his proces (paid £800 for the 2.. and recently had my wifes valued at £2500... !!! Would it not be possible to set our pricing structure for away fans to mirror the amounts that we are charged at away grounds... that way, those who over charge get the same back, those who are fair get the same treatment back. This sort of precident could then lead to a fair pricing structure across all other clubs

What a shambles... it was not a cruel exit at all.... MON fiddling with Team selection cost us this AGAIN.... Having come off the back of a 3-1 win at Anfield he proceeds to make 4 changes and change the formation again..... I am a huge MON fan... but this constant tinkering is leading to my support for him as a manager wain in the extreme.... Its the day of the year that reminds me that it is my Wife's birthday the day before.....!!! She always says that she thinks Valentines is a waste of time and that I shouldnt bother... but as yet I havent tested the theory....!!! I always buy her a card or something though!! I bought her roses one year on her birthday... spent about £30 or so... then I popped into the same florist the following day to get her some more (thought it would get some serious brownie points)... only to find that the same florist was going to charge me an additional £10 for the same amount of roses... robbing bastards!!!

To be fair, Everton just need to 'click'... they are very similar in their make up to Villa by signing players who can add to the team style of play rather than signing players who they subsequently have to adapt to playing with... I think that Saha and Yakubu is the best centre forward partnership outside the top 4... I would rather Yak or Saha over Gabby....
