So Juncker is telling the UK what is and isn't available for negotiation, where the EU red lines are. Plus saying he won't start discussions on what is and isn't negotiable until it's a formalised process. No discussion of anything until we've strictly followed protocol and formally applied to leave. Not invited to the next meeting as we look like we are leaving. Double standards or bad reporting by the media?

It's been a big few weeks. I've had a birthday, there have been big moves in the office due to the brexit farce. Wales have done far better than I'd expected and the council granted us a drinks license for the club. Watched games big screen stylee with people from the club at the game live texting and whatnot and it's been emotional. I've stepped up the exercise in a big way, or had. I smashed my record on an exercise bike, utterly smashed it. Went out, had a good dance and a drink at a gig. Next morning I've torn a muscle and can't walk. Absolute pain. I don't 'do' medicine and I'm not used to it. I don't get head aches or colds or any of that for some freaky reason. So I've gone from absolutely no meds of any description for several years, not a lemsip, to smashing through boxes of everything and anything. Every pill, potion, gel and powder known to man just to get my pants on. I've got to get myself in much better shape for Friday night. Another Wales game. I shouldn't over do Friday night as I have really good tickets for the England vs Sri Lanka cricket on Saturday. For the avoidance of doubt, I'll be supporting England. But then, the weather for Saturday suggests I shouldn't worry too much about saving myself for the cricket. I'll just need to get myself there for the free corporate lunch. What a time to be alive, eh! I'm off to cold gel my groin.

Perhaps some would say that's yet more english arrogance. The world does not revolve around the england football team. The ITV pundits were discussing who England wanted to play next. You yourself said you wanted to play Belgium. So you wanted Wales to lose? Fascinating how many of the Labour MP's are talking about the need to potentially be the party of power, to win an election. No talk of principles, no mention of why, no great cause to champion, not looking out for the little guy or the hard workers. Just a need for the party to be in power. Pick someone electable. 'Should the UK remain a member of the European Union?' that was a very clear question, no sub clauses about health spending or bananas the answer was a clear 'Leave' by more than one million three hundred thousand people's votes how would you react if the result had been the other way around and you were told we were ignoring that and leaving anyway

I cannot see a way we don't leave the EU. The question couldn't have been simpler, the answer was clear. 48% of the electorate might not like it, well suck it up as best you can. The detail of who we get to do the deal and when, that's where the conversation needs to be, not some fantasy project to undo a democratic vote. We get lied to at every election. We didn't re run the election of the coalition government because it turned out Clegg was a liar happier in power than true to his word. Scary how quickly some people are happy to try and alter who can vote or whether other people's votes really count if they don't agree. A dangerous weird view of democracy.

I don't know whether I'm intelligent or not. But I have picked up one or two tricks that sees me through many situations. I can admit to myself if I don't know something and go away and look for guidance. I've also learnt via a Uni course, something about being critical about sources of information. The self awareness to know that you don't know, plus access to the internet, can help you get by.

If the local tory candidate was still trying to do things like close down a foodbank because he 'feels' it encourages the poor to be lazy, I'd say you can keep to your thinking regarding tories. If the Germans are still nazis carrying out genocide and war and wearing a lot of Hugo Boss then you're entitled to keep voting against them. If either situation has fundamentally changed, you should reconsider your reasons.

Don't spoil the narrative of the spoilt brat baby boomers. It's the only way we're going to get this poor unfortunate hard done by generation out of the comic book convention, off netflix and in to the polling station. I've banged on about it before and there's an obvious joke about 'when I were a lad'. I grew up in a dock community that was in decline. Anybody that thinks those people had it easy in the 60's and 70's just does not understand. It shows a lack of awareness amongst the young that leads me to think anyone under the age of 48 that doesn't agree with me shouldn't be allowed to vote.

Well, in my opinion, you are utterly wrong. I'm not concerned about mortality, not really sure where you got that from? Perhaps rather than remove the democratic rights of all pensioners, you could educate people below the age of 30 on how the system works? No amount of retweets of morally superior cartoons will influence the result. Once the yoof are voting in numbers it might make more of a difference than putting an age limit on democracy. If that doesn't change the result to your liking well that's just plain old tough luck. It's such a stunningly stupid suggestion, I'm still presuming you're trolling.
