My gf bought me the new Ghost Recon for my birthday as my neighbour said it was shit hot. I wasn't so sure, but I actually really like it. They've got a Gears of War - Horde style mode called Guerilla which is awesome and the campaign mode is pretty fun too! Anyone else played it?

Ultimate Team is looking good for me at the moment, pulled Ronaldo out of a pack. Tried a few games with him and he's toss IMO, so sold him and bought Rooney and the new RVP! I was so happy

I went through countless packs hardly getting anyone of any real worth, took me ages to get a decent team together. Eventually, I got an absolute dinger of a pack.....Drogba, Lucio and Sneijder in the same pack!! Amassed about 85, 000 coins on those three!! Got a cracking team now, made up of players from La Liga. How many coins did you get for Ozil?? Must have been 100k plus?? Sold him for about 350k not spent it yet though, undecided on what team I am going to put together. You lucky sod, I've opened so many packs now it's crazy and got sweet FA so far. The best being Drenthe who sold for 55k. I checked the totw when Ozil was in form and fancied a go, got a pack and I got the achievement for getting an in form player, started to get excited... it was some shit player from Granada CF, sold him for 13k lol devastated is an understatement. I'm an FUT founder, so been playing since it started and have bought a shit load of packs over the time, surely I'm long overdue a Messi or Ronaldo!

Great game last night, just a shame it was ruined by some shameful diving. Their goalkeeper has to be the worst I've seen in a long time, I know he must be young but christ if that's the best they have in their youth they should be worried, summed up by my dad "They call him the cat, the dead cat!". Carruthers was brilliant for me and I think if he hadn't have gone off injured he might have made that bit of difference for us to have gone and won it. Hope we are in it again next year as it was a great night, best of all it cost nothing to go including free parking! Well done Villa.

I think it's pretty funny, definitely worth watching, saying that though it would be worth watching if it was just her in a big brother style house on her own. Watched Alcatraz last night, I really enjoyed it! Also watched Californication for the first time last night and thought it was great. Definitely going to be watching more.

I'm hooked on Ultimate Team as usual, have been for the past 3 years lol getting good at making coins through trading now aswell. Going to buy Tevez and Torres for my premier league squad tonight! Looking forward to giving them a go!

Great game, shame about the result. Crowd were good tonight too for once. N'Zogbia MOTM for me, looked really sharp, maybe a little bit selfish at times but a massive improvement and seemed to put in alot of effort! Bring on Stoke.

Picked this up for £19.99 from Gamestation as an xmas present to myself from my girlfriends gran. Can't play it till after xmas though but I'm hoping it's going to be decent!

I've never bothered with skill, don't even know how to dummy a shot. I'd like to learn a couple of the turns as they are quite hard to defend against. There's one turn on Fifa 12 where the play spins around over the ball and just carrys on running in a different direction? No idea how to go about learning that bad boy though.

They can be useful against online opponents, against the computer you are pissing in the wind though. Also don't try to do too much when using skills. I have played loads of people on FUT (usually with FC Tekkers as their team name with a full brazilian squad), they are really good fifa players but try to beat me 3-4 times rather than just once and generally speaking I beat them.

My career mode crashed last night, I can see it there, I can open it and I can play games on it but when I save it doesn't actually save. I played for 2 hours last night, saved, quit and then opened it again later on and it was back to the first game :evil: So I've started a new one with Monaco. I'm back up to Professional now, I played Professional to begin with but it was getting stupid, went down to Semi pro and it's far too easy! It seems there is nothing in between!

How much real money you spent on that? :shock: Got Fifa and 2100 points for £36 and 800 points free with my Xbox live subscription. You get really lucky with the packs then? Doesn't Tevez go for like 120k+ coins? I've been screwed over by packs so far

I quite like the soundtrack, it's a bit different from last years, don't know any of the names of the tunes yet but there are different types of music on there for once rather than just Indie.

Thanks for your posts, I'm enjoying reading them and I've also picked up a few of your recommended players, Brayford, Movarak, Izaguirre and Diarra, all seem to be doing ok so far, do you think I should loan them out though as I can't really find space for them in the squad at the moment, except Izaguirre that is as he is an absolute monster (much to the dismay of Warnock who is crying like a little girl at me about game time ) I think the career mode is much improved on last year, it's more fun, more detailed and I love that it's a lot more difficult.

I played last night for 3-4 hours and seem to have gotten the hang of the defending, it reminds me of Fifa 10, in Fifa 11 you could pretty much just hold A (xbox) and you could tackle anyone without fouling them so this is a little more realistic as you have to think about a tackle before you do it. I conceded about 5 penalties last night, but I think I'm getting better at it Had a good run on Ultimate Team last night aswell, in 9 games I won 7, drew 1 and lost 1!

Wolves offered me £6m for Albrighton, I rejected, they came back with £8m, I rejected and then they offered £10m. I accepted then Albrighton decides he doesn't want to go there! Was going to buy Milner back with that cash! :x I'm still not liking the defending system on this, it infuriates me! I'm 2-0 up and dominating an online Ultimate Team game, then the opposition goes on a run straight through my defence and scores, I lose the ball from kick off and they do the exact same thing. Before I know it I've shipped 3-4 goals. My pad has never took such a beating :evil: I never seem to get lucky with packs either, best I've had so far is Wilshere but mates at work have had Lampard, Torres etc.

I don't think the actual game will be the same though, last year the demo was ridiculously hard aswell but the full game wasn't. I think it's just a matter of getting used to it and knowing how the CPU plays. I generally only play online with FIFA Ultimate Team anyway so wont make much difference for me. Can't wait for this, I wonder if I pre order the special edition game on Wednesday morning (pay day) from Play or something, will I get it on time? I.e. Friday morning. As I'm not sure if Tesco/Asda will have the special edition ones in stock.

How did you find it? Personally it has to be the best series I've ever watched.
